I could be wrong here but it looks like Rio's saying that the person who wins the TTF will be saved from eviction this week and the person below them in votes will be evicted. So if the voting order is Aari, Bala, Rio, Gabi, Ramya, Som, Shivani... and if Bala wins the TTF, then Rio will be evicted...?

No, I think if Bala wins, then Shivani will be evicted (As she has the lowest #of votes). Let's say Shivani wins, then Som will be evicted (as he has the next least # of votes)..

Maybe ttf will help to reach finale mid-week,then after that fresh voting process,who knows what BBteam has planned

Last season Tharshan won the cycle task which took the most amount of time, but still lost the overall TTF task. So this balloon task doesn’t mean Bala and Rio are the possible winners of TTF.
