All Hina said was - south industry prefers fuller bodies and production houses told her to put on weight. "Thul Thull" phrase was more of a slang/description to a fuller, bustier body. It might sound distasteful but I don't think she was body shaming. And it's ok if a certain region has their taste and preferences, there was no point to be offensive about it.

I don't care for Hina, she is repulsive to me anyway but bash someone with some context and logic rather making the whole thing out of proportion.
