I feel like BB did this on purpose cuz I don't think it's hard for such a big company to set up a software that reminds the viewer they've reached the maximum limit of votes allowed.

Yeah. That's bad. BB is unfair then. They should count votes who were submitted before updating their so called rules.

Of course it was on purpose to collect money from people. That's how they earn...this is business but don't worry their Karma will bite them back.
