I think she said it genuinely since Manu used to share with her regarding few situations where he was not happy with Manveer's behavior. So she said at this point of time no one should trust anyone..they shud play single. She didn't told like Manu is not trust worth. She just said Manu was not happy with Manveer's behavior.

But I think She was saying that at this point of time no one should trust anyone. She didn't mean that Manu is not trustworthy.
