Being a democratic country and the fundamental rights are irrelevant here. They only apply within governmental organizations. India-Forums is not one and is a meritocracy. However, it is a different story that most opinions are permitted to be posted here.

However, you guys need to get a better hobby rather than just going against what the majority does. I have two theories. Either you guys don't hate Gautam but just wish to oppose what most of us say to get attention or you despise him more than the murderer of your entire family (in an entirely hypothetical situation). I love debates and opposing views. But please support them with some logical reasoning and actual evidence, rather than fabricating evidence or exaggerating it.
