I too faced this, complained about that to HR, on-site Manager. My onsite manager , a US guy with whom I had to coordinate a lot as a Project Manager, fought for me , showed proofs and retained me in the team and made me the program manager. I got support from other teams too with whom I was working for other initiatives . Nothing happened to my old manager and his all jalras but he was no longer allowed in decision making. I didn’t quit but I didn’t keep quiet too. Few started following my footsteps .
