Previous bb season mein ek female contestant ne apne ek bf ko show mein pan se maara tab bhi woh evict nahi hui toh iska bhi evict na hona Banta tha. Imagine Agar Male contestant female k bump mein pan se maare toh uski image bb or Salman kya karenge.

Makers do this to protect themselves legally, Archana was brought back after Shiv agreed. Generally they take consent from the person who was abused.
From what I read on twitter it's been said that Salman was angry and said "Agar Abhishek Gaya Hai toh Chintu Bhi Jaye ga"
