I can understand if you are voting from India legitimately. Doing all these hacks and making your network vulnerable to attacks is not worth it.
Anyone winning this - What value it is adding to your life 🙄

Being in cybersecurity, I’m glad to see someone talking about security. Using VPN isn’t right but the shared link is secured and we can use it to vote so I think that’s the safe way. 🙂

BTW, using VPN makes your network more secure and less vulnerable. It is not a hack.

First time votes in a decade, using the link. Do one email per vote?

Wo...wo wo... that was sarcastic😆. Nothing is secure on internet but unencrypted communications are the worst ones. So, yes vpn does provide you encryption of data so you do get security from your ISP but depends on what you are looking for. It is not a one stop shop for everything called security but if used properly, it is definitely more secure than unencrypted searches. Also, you need to see what is the purpose you are using it for. Not everything is hacking or not everything is 100% secure.

Also, you need to see which vpn you are using. If you are using a free one then you are probably paying its costs through your data. Also, you need to check the privacy terms that they are not storing your data on their servers. A lot of vpns had to move out of India because of govt new rule to store data and share when needed.
