Then please enlighten everybody with real meaning of it? I hope you know the source of this idiom, why kali billi is specifically insisted? I want to know. Pray tell.

Nothing in above comments explaining it has nothing to do with color or cats, as you stated?

Also, you are nobody to tell me what I should or should not do. Okay?

I really wanted to know the source of your statements because afaik cats crossing path was considered unlucky, black cats specially and you said it has nothing to do with it? So I want to know what you are defending exactly?

Don't think you know hindi. Go Google to find the source and meaning. Fyi if it's a comment on me I have the right to reply back the way I want.

There are more hindi idioms:

Kaala Akshay bhais Bara bar ( again has nothing to do with color or bhais)

Bandar kya jaane adrak ka swad ( nothing to do with Bandar aur adrak)

And plenty more. Learn hindi then come here and comment.p

Ok, got it. You have no clue what you are talking about that's why either you are saying read other comments or go google but refusing to give a rational answer.

If it has nothing to do with colour they wouldn't imply KAALI billi. As simple as that.

Before asking me to learn maybe you should think before you type and then failing miserably to explain.

I can't argue with half baked clueless answers anyway. So ciao.

Toh kya hua, Stan is a haddiyon ka dhancha.

Woh mard hain,woh seh lenge.

Ladies log ko aise waise nahi bolneka.

And Pari shouldn't be called what she isn't. She's not a kaali billi, she's a sherni.

And black billi ya gori sherni, what does it matter?- Don't forget what Michael Jackson said-

"If you're thinking of being my baby,my brother, my sister (in Pari's case )my BB winner-IT DON'T MATTER IF YOURE BLACK OR WHITE"

(heeee heeeeee).....in signature MJ style.

PS-SRK ko bhi Don movie mein junglee billiyaan bot pasand theii.☺️...BUT BUT...Pari billi nahi ,sherni hain.😎

I think it's a supersticious saying...as in if a blck cat crosses your path something bad will happen....Stan crossed her path and asked her if he had crossed her path..she said yes...and he went to Shiv and said a black cat has crossed the path (not sure who tje black cat was either him or her)...nothing to do with complection (besides Pri is far from dusky she is quite fair).
