because they want a pay out aswell.
you really want to live in a world where an accusation is considered a final judgement with no prove whatsoever?
i certainly dont.
@ red I totally agree. I too was of the opinion since it never went to court, it is just a bunch of women jumping on the bandwagon to get some money - sadly these things do happen with both gender.
I'm not indian, nor ever been to India so I had no idea who he was or of these accusation though we had some in the UK and America. These people had been taken to court and their livelihood destroyed. Some have ended up dying in jail.
So I watched Sajid in BB house. I have a background in Law, I no longer am in that field but certain skill still remains. In law you look for patterns of behaviour/actions to substantiate and then find proof. So, coming back to him in the house within the first few weeks I started to dislike him very much. I noticed the way he behaved with women, with Abdu and shiv. He was controlling, derogatory towards the opposite sex though he was very careful to coach it in a way they will be undecisive of what he meant, his need to have the last word and if his words are ignored he throws a hissy fit. He is very manipulative but also alarmingly intelligent as well. He also had the knowledge that his name, connection, carries weight hence the constant reference to his films, his job as a director and the constant flow of Stars in the house who all have some connection with him. He (BB) was basically stuffing everyone's throat with how important he is.
As a women, and someone who worked in law, these are all what we consider red flags. Again, it is not a proof that someone did something despicable but just an indication of a common trait - like a sociopath would have common traits of harming animals and weaker people from an early age, of constantly lying and lack of remorse. Or a narcissist constantly bringing back everything to themselves.
So coming back to Sajid, the vibe he give me got stronger over the weeks till he could not hide his controlling nature ie when Abdu came back, he was trying to influence him to consider Priyanka was bad. If I met him somewhere now, I would cross the street to avoid him and the air he breaths. I trust my instinct very well. I actually hope, for his sake, that these accusations aren't true because the impact (even without proof) has been bad on him - he has been out of work for four years?...it had affected him and no doubt his family (always the innocent in many cases but suffer the most)...if it continues and he struggles to find job his mental health will be affected and india is notorious for suicide within the film fraternity...I had the impression BB was like a last ditch attempt to show people his true nature...his names, films, career, family and etc have been mentioned repeatedly to hammer in the point that he comes from a Bollywood family - again it is well known of the nepotism rife in this industry and that the only way to get forward is to kowtow to someone - like majority of the HMs did in BB. Interestingly, Priyanka is the only one I did not see being subservient to Sajid and that explains why he dislikes her. He would dislike any strong women actually, that is why he needled Gori, Sumbul and albeit slightly Nimrit....
Yes we should never believe anything blindly, but do critical thinking, look further and then look out for red flags. I for one found him very disturbing not to mention creepy. He is definitely a chauvinist, I can give him the benefit of the doubt and say it's an age thing...but barely. He is definitely used to being in charge and in control and loses it if that does not happen.
