how did it go from making fun of people and judging them to murder in sex crimes?

exaggerating much are we? i dont think thats in our innate nature as humans but dont really want to discuss it here since its totally off topic.

again im totally fine with people making fun of his height as my example said before. hr is making fun of other contestants too so its all fair game.i see bigg boss as a big lawless jungle where everyone could be targeted for everything be it their physical attributes or mental weaknesses.

I apologize, I mistook you for the OP.

@bold. That's not what it is tho. Neither for audience (doesn't matter how hardcore you think you're, nobody is ready for that, unless you're one of the few ones who're just into darkweb stuff), because what you're describing is basically Stanford prison experiment, and it didn't work out at all.

If it's true lawless jungle then some contestants would not be bashed for vulgarity, or aggression or anything else. It's not lawless, it's selectively lawful. For some people everything will be targeted, some will be saved forever. Like Nimrit, abdu etc.

Did I ever supported or defended Shalin or Sajid for anything?

Didn't I bashed Gautam for agreeing to Shalin's words on Saundarya?

What Abdu said was nothing in front of all this?

One thing people can't get is ridiculing on his height issue will be wrong since it's his sensitive issue but what he called Sumbul can be taken sportingly? If Sumbul had some sensitive to which Abdu or anyone said something or they said something offensive or vulgar to her like Shalin's dirty vocabulary then it would have been a very serious thing.

People are not bashing him for standing up to Priyanka. He is being bashed for getting into her face. Until other person is doing that, you should also maintain that level of dignity. Priyanka, despite being a woman is keeping enough distance from Nimrit and he just almost goes into her face. Never a good sign.

And mocking Ankit like this, in a cheap way, basically for doing something he himself is doing, supporting Nimrit.

No, but shalin sajid are unacceptable level of misogynists. Even the most regressive conservative people agree that's bad. However it's the normalised misogyny and sexism which is neglected regularly.

So ridiculing his height is sensitive but him calling sumbul a man isn't? A man can judge woman by appearance but woman can't? He wanna judge women by their looks... He and his defenders should be okay with him getting judged by the same standards then. It's like men who themselves look like potatoes judging women as if their opinion matters.

the season of lockupp was pretty much like that and people loved it. and made it a big hit.

bigg boss has gone way too soft and extremely politically correct.

when im saying lawless im not literally meaning it lol. obviously violence and other extreme stuff shouldnt be allowed. but making fun of people and and irritating them to hell is all fair game to me

i dont know how long you are watching bigg boss but the earlier seasons were all like that.

season 5 for example actually looked like a lawless jungle with not much rules whatsoever. which is why its still one of my favorite seasons.

Bold: You again took the words somewhere else lowering it again to man-woman.

If Sumbul called Abdu you look like woman or you look like kid I would have sen it okay too.

If Sumbul had sensitive issue like Abdu or any other medical condition then I would be offended if someone ridiculed or on that.

I don't like Nimrit too but don't like others bodyshaming her since it's her medical issue which made her gain weight.

I am surprised how she/he is bringing out the extremities in every talk or bringing it to only man-woman. There are differences between serious crimes and casual comments which are not at all crimes.

Why am I supposed to look at the definition? You're supposed to tell me how Sumbul is tomboy if being childish doesn't make her one, because you're making the claim.

Rani Lakshmibai bhi tomboy to kya childish thi aur kya dhori kurta pehenti thi saree ki jagah?

Different eras. Rani Lakshmibai was from a time when women didn't wear men's clothing.

Don't the female athletes ever dress in feminine clothes and do makeup for events while having tomboy nature the other times?

Don't put words in my mouth. It's not necessary for female athletes to be tomboys, and it's also not necessary for tomboys to never wear feminine clothes.

Google definition of tomboy:

a young girl who likes the same games and activities that are traditionally considered to be for boys.

I haven't seen Sumbul play such games or do any such activities. So no, she's still not tomboy in my opinion.

Funny that. If someone else made the same comment they would be called out. Biased.

The only thing is, what Abdu said wasn't a fact. It's non existent. Sumbul looks like a girl. Not like everyone else in the house, but from no angle she resembles to a man. It's just the way Abdu chose to put her down, because the worst thing in a man for a woman is, to call her unattractive.in Abdu case it's a fact so of course it'd hit harder.

I don't like height shaming, weight shaming, looks shaming at all. BUT if you can dish it out, then learn to take it. I agree on medical issues, but why extend it to just the known ones? There are several non visible illnesses. Most mental issues aren't visible. People look perfectly fine but then they just fall apart one day.

It's hit because it's also controversial with barely known people. You can do whatever you want and it's fine. The same network got a warning from SC about their content. Colors isn't going to do that.

It's fair game to you. But not for most people even here. Gori made some gestures she's grilled, and she's so disliked here. Same goes for MC. Literally everything is scrutinized as long as makers are against that contestant.

Well I've not seen it so I can't comment which season was good or bad.

abdu's medical condition is not in his control so are sumbul's looks

Making fun of anything like that is wrong especially when you are on national tv and the other person might come to know that he/she is being mocked for something that is not in his/her control.
