As a mother of a teenager I know how it feels a see a sumbul totally clueless about what was happening behind her. Her father's hurt and concern is justified. The very fact that she has never gossiped about Shalin and Tina says the trust she had on them. Looks like she is staying with her father and when she met Shalin( who probably is her father's age) she became comfortable with him. She never told anyone that she has feelings for him and infact shalin too didn't feel that way. The narrative of feelings, possessiveness and obsession came when Tina started questioning about their bond to Shalin. The way Shalin and Tina handled the sensitive topic is way beyond imagination. They spread false narrative that sumbul is after shalin and shalin needed protection from her. 39 yr old needing protection from a 18 yr old?!!! In whole process Tina became close to Shalin( which she wanted and she knew that she needed to be someone's priority- She asked Shalin as to why he invited Sumbul to Salman's party and why he didn't chose her).

I have never seen so vile and cunning. In the whole process they sabotaged character of teenager. No matter what profession a girl is a teenager is a teenager.

To me Sumbul is very naive and is was always under a protected environment provided by her father.

She hasn't seen enough life and she is given a illusion by Tina and Shalin that they r her good friends. Most of the she was in kitchen doing cooking and Biggboss Live always showed her cooking most of the time.

Shalin should have handled more maturely instead a cutting a sorry figure that the bond was

catastrophic. The words that Tina used for Sumbul by no means can be justified.

POV of a mom of a teenager.

It is going to be difficult for Sumbul for coming weeks because Tina and Shalin are going to talk to her to justify themselves and come out clean. I just hope she finds someone who can help her out in the house.

Totally agree. She was not at all able to understand that people were warning her but she was in her whim. Her closeness with shalin were more than Friends

I understand your point, but also as a mother of 2 teenagers, I disagree with Sumbul's father in that he did not hold Sumbul accountable for her actions or responsible for the situation. (how can she learn & grow?)

She might be 18 ( Abul is 19) but she has grown up in a showbiz environment, and while she might be"physically" pure, she definitely isn’t innocent. She has been exposed to the adult world of showbiz, acting etc for a few years. Even the character she played, , she would have had to emotionally at least try to understand the role of imlie. “A younger innocent girl forcibly married to an older engaged man, whose previous fiancée then tries towin back her lover etc"…….. I am not saying Sumbal is the character "Imlie", but she played it beautifully and very emotionally, which to me means that she would have had to understand the all the complex characters and how people cannot always be trusted and can have dual faces.

I absolutely loved her in Imlie, was one of me my favourite shows. However after I watched her now, I personally believe she is a little spoilt, and expects people to pamper her and give her 100% attention and constantly praise her, and if not , then play the sweet little helpless girl.

At the end of the day Shalin's & Tina's behaviour was bad but not unusal , Sumbul not only participated in it, but she also unfairly and sometimes quiet viciously also attacked other housemates, just to please/impress Shalin and the others. She is a young, but she is also a bit of a “mean girl” like the others Nimrit, S &S etc… as well.

I think her father coming on theshow like this has given her an enormous and unfair advantage over the others.

I was once a BIG Imlie fan, so as you can see, no matter what age, we all can get disillusioned by others, it’s just a fact of life, and not just for the “young & innocent” …. :( :(
