Wohi, and nikki ko wohi bachi samjhta hai. He is kind of man who takes time to make relation or break them. He clearly said jab jas ne Rubi se rudely baat kari and usse bhi kuch bol diya tha tab se dono ke beech distance aagyi thi, he is not the man who will break relationship easily
