Leesan, coming to your ending discussions, I liked your idea. But R is too nice to actually show any attitude. Because you asked what else we can think of I have given one more version completely different from what was shown and said before. I have had this idea for the longest time since N came into picture but never brought it forward. So here is how my story goes.
If I have to go back and change some part of the track it will have to start with Neelu. When they were talking about Niv's absence I was thinking why kidnapping?
Neelu announces she is pregnant and R leaves after writing the letter, same as shown. But R goes away from Kannoj to a different town and joins an orphanage as a teacher and lives there with small orphans.
G is very upset and leaves LN to live back at his apartment after giving LN's charge to Kukkan as he cannot bear to live in LN without R. In the mean time G finds out Neelu is pregnant but it is not him. They could have dragged a couple of weeks for this. N confesses that she was in love with some guy whose parents are not willing to accept Neelu and she did not want her baby to grow without a father like her. Then it is going to be up to G convincing the boy's parents to accept Neelu and get her married to the boy. More time spent on this wedding than the horrendous one we had to witness. Also they could have had the fake kidnapping drama with the M&Ms if they wanted to stuff more episodes.
Months later G goes to visit N in a different town who is months pregnant and is very happily settled. He takes her out for some reason and a little boy comes in front of the car and after getting the boy treated, they learn he is from an orphanage. G & N take the boy there and are talking in the principal's office. N comes out to drink water and R spots her and hides. Some teacher is talking to N appreciating her bangles or something and N smiles and says her husband bought it for her as he loves her a lot. Tears are pouring down R's face as she sees completely pregnant and radiant N and she runs back to her room to hide.
After N comes back to the principal's office they give a small present to the little boy before they are about to leave and the boy says he needs to show this to Runjhun didi. G's looks at the boy sharply and asks who she is? The little boy says his favorite teacher. G requests the principal that he needs to meet this teacher. She suggests they go to the waiting room and she will send R there. Then she sends a message to R. R who is crying at this time knows who will be there in the waiting room and begs her friend to take her place. Her friend obliges and goes to the waiting room saying she is Runjhun. N tells G, so this is not our R so let us go back. We are getting late.
R watches G&N leave from the window and walks out after wiping her tears. In the night in her room she is crying in front of G's picture telling she is happy that he learnt to love again and she hears a voice saying how can she wish for the impossible. R is shocked to see G at the door.
She says please go away as you have your responsibilities to fulfill. G comes and takes her hand and says, I have only one responsibility that I have and want and that is you. She says but Neelu, G stops her and goes on to explain everything that happened.
R comes back with G to Kannoj but he says he does not live in LN anymore and does not want ever to go back to the place with all the nasty memories. He says the house now belongs to Kukkan and the M&Ms cannot play any more dirty games with it. They take blessings from Amma and leave for their own new home. THE END.
I never liked the idea of G living in LN. Sorry, the place had bad vibes since the beginning and I always wished for R to move out. Leesan, I am not a very skilled writer like you and I can only stick to plots. I am sure you would have described the union way more beautifully. In the end I think there coulld have been so many endless possibilities and the CVs decided to take the route which they knew everyone is going to hate. Again I think why anyone would do that to their own creation.😕 Oh well it is all water under the bridge now. Happy weekend to all. 😊
