I still cannot find a show to hold my interest! All the serials seem to bore me after a short while; as for the actors ... I can't find that chemistry of G&R!! I so enjoyed any encounter between G&R, even just a small exchange of glances ... it was so magical!!!! (Sigh!!!)

G &R interactions were so close to reality and they both have excellent personality and acting skills. It was really such beautiful chemistry between them even during their challenge days when they were constantly fighting. After watching BBAT and their acting nothing interests me anymore either and saas bahu drama and all these conspiracies just make me so mad that I rather use my time doing something else than watch this.
By Leesan: @ indi, @ pensink91... And I thought I was missing BBAT!! Wow!! No matter how hard we try ,we still cannot get Gunjuhn out of our systems!! Maybe I am really not trying hard enough, who knows??
What I do know is that there is nothing out there on Zee that I am remotely interested in at present. Indi, I take your point re Zee trying to highlight important women's issues as it pertains to Indian culture and traditions. However the shows always seem to deteriorate to the same old tried and tested mil/dil/sil or fil/dil /bil drama,( sometimes even the grandmas get in on the act!!) which I absolutely detest!! Just way too many evil/jealous/controlling relatives under the same roof!! With no escape in sight!!
Have to agree Vaishali, BBAT was in a class of its own!! Whilst R's relatives were evil and created many misunderstandings, R was free to leave with G if she so wanted, and they had the choice to make a life of their own, apart from all family influences. No saas/Bahu nonsense, thank God!! Also the tensions that existed between R and G were mostly due to their own personality clashes, though exploited by the M&Ms. And it was that tension / attraction that we were so addicted to, we all wanted to see how they would eventually resolve their differences, and fall in love!! And when they did, it was pure magic!!
And so that word ,magic, brings me to the new topic suggestion!! Yes ,...the name of our beloved show Bhagonwali!! I had never heard the term before, did not understand the significance of a kundali , and the influence of astrology on arranging a marriage was an eye opener for me as well!!
So... What were your most/least favorite examples of R's bhaag in the show? Did it help or hurt R and G's relationship? Would R ,and by extension G ,have been better off without it? How come R's bhaag seemed to be selective at times? At what point would you have liked to see her bhaag work ,when it didn't seem to? Would you have preferred to see more of her bhaag in action, or would it have made the show too fable-ish?
Anxiously awaiting your thoughts and ideas, please take your time, but please keep posting !!
