Bhairavi tells Dadimaa that she was trying to convince Samarth of marriage for a while now but as soon as he met her, indicating Kabya, he agreed to get married. She then asks for Muskaan, shocking Kabya and her family members. The tray of tea nearly slips from Kabya's hand but she straightens herself with help from Kuhu. Bhairavi comments that Kabya is very clumsy and hopes that Muskaan isn't as clumsy as Kabya.
Muskaan on the other hand is spending some alone time with Sambhav, who tells her that he is glad to finally have her all to himself. Muskaan tells Sambhav that she loves his surprises and they share a kiss.
Dadimaa asks Kuhu to bring Muskaan, and Kuhu stutters so Kabya covers for Muskaan telling Dadimaa that Muskaan has gone out for a morning walk. Bhairavi says it's okay she will meet Muskaan some other time, and tells Dadimaa that they will match the birth charts and then decide on a date of marriage.
On the other hand Muskaan tells Sambhav that if he wants to further their relationship then he has to promise her marriage. Sambhav hesitates at this new condition and Muskaan tells him to think about it and leaves. Sambhav decides to tell Muskaan yes just to appease her with no intention of actually marrying her.
Dadimaa wonders if they should wait for Muskaan's approval, and Bhairavi says she must be close to her sisters so she is sure they can answer for her. Kabya agrees and says that she is sure Muskaan will not say no because she won't find a better person than Samarth. Dadimaa seems convinced and Bhairavi gives the shagun she brought for Muskaan to Dadimaa.
Sambhav stops Muskaan and tells her he will marry her. Muskaan responds that as soon their marriage date is fixed, she is all his, and gives him a kiss on his cheek.
As Kabya gets ready to office, Kuhu looks at her concerned. Kuhu apologizes for creating the misunderstanding and Kabya tells her not to worry and concern herself. She says she is glad that they found out before she went and said something to Samarth Sir otherwise she would have been really embarassed. Kuhu tells Kabya that she really thought that Samarth had fallen in love with her, and Kabya says it is for the best. She says she was shocked about how Samarth could love her, and Muskaan and Samarth are probably better suited to each other. She says that Samarth is so punctual and would probably be up at six in the morning and Muskaan on the other hand probably won't fall asleep till six. She says that Muskaan would be better at handling Samarth and not her. She tells Kuhu not to worry, before leaving for work and Kuhu apologizes again, hugging her.
Kabya is not as unmoved as she claims, and on her way to work replays the moment about Bhairavi asking for Muskaan. She admonishes herself for thinking that the alliance had come for her. Just because Samarth had talked to nicely for a few days didn't give her the right to dream of being cinderella and unlucky girls such as herself are not deistined for good things. She gives herself a reality check and hails an auto to work.
Samarth is in a great mood at work, and doesn't even care when one of the workers bumps into him. The people at the office wonder about Samarth's change in demeanor, even more surprised when he announces a celebratory lunch on having one of their deals pass. Kabya arrives at the moment and is also surprised. She apologizes to Samarth for being late but he tells her he knows and asks her to come with him. The office people stare wondering what's up with Samarth and Kabya tells them all to get back to work as she follows Samarth.
Muskaan is upset and says she isn't interested in marrying Samarth. Dadimaa asks Muskaan what is wrong with Samarth and Muskaan says he's an uptight man who doesn't even know to smile properly. Kuhu says he's rich and is exactly the kind of person he dreamt of marrying but Muskaan says she won't marry someone like Samarth just for money. She doesn't want someone old but close to her age. Dadimaa tries to explain that Samarth isn't that old and sometimes it's better to marry someone older as they are more mature. Muskaan says that marrying Samarth would mean giving up her freedom as he would never understand her needs and desires. She says her final answer is no.
Samarth is on the phone when Kabya enters and she is happy to see Samarth smiling and happier. She says that it is good that Muskaan came in his life as her jokes and happy go lucky nature might brighten Samarth's life. She sits down on her desk and watches him smiling while he converses. When Samarth is done with his phone call he asks her for the report. Kabya misunderstands but when he stares at her, she realizes he's asking about Muskaan. She tells him that his sister came to their house and Dadimaa doesn't have any problems but they'd like to check with Muskaan. Samarth asks Kabya if Muskaan will say yes, and Kabya says she doesn't think Muskaan has a reason for saying no.
Muskaan says when she can have any boy at her doorstep then she has no reason for saying yes to Samarth. She says she will marry someone she likes. Dadimaa shows her the bangles that Bhairavi had bought for Shagun and Muskaan disses them saying that if they really wanted to win her hand they could have brought something much better, and fancier. She says she already has someone who can provide much more for her so why would she settle for the older version of him, and says no before leaving. Dadimaa and Kuhu wonder what to do now.
Bhairavi is in her car with a priest and asks him to match Samarth and Muskaan's birth charts and apologizes for the rush. The priest says that the marriage shouldn't happen as their match is not compatible and if Samarth marries Muskaan, his life will be shadowed by darkness. Bhairavi pays the priest for his troubles and drops him off. She thinks to herself that she can not allow such an unlucky match to happen and will not allow Samarth to marry Muskaan.
Sambhav is playing cards with his friends when he gets a call from Muskaan who he has nicknamed "Marriage Trouble" on his phone. She vents to him about having her alliance fixed and he consoles her saying that he will talk to his mom. He excuses himself, lying about seeing some clients and hangs up. Muskaan says that she is thanbkful that she has someone like Sambhav in her life otherwise she'd have to settle with Mr. Black and White, referring to Samarth.
Bhairavi calls Samarth and he asks her if there is any news from the family and Bhairavi says that she hasn't heard anything but she tells him about how according to the priest their match would bring about bad luck for him. Samarth insists that he will marry only Muskaan and handle any bad luck or negative things that come his way. Kabya waits for Samarth and he disconnects the phone.
Bhairavi gets another call as soon as she is disconnected from Samarth informing her of Muskaan's decision. She gets happy.
Samarth asks Kabya if she's ready to go and she tells him that it's not necessary for him to drop her but he tells her he will drop her as he is going there anyways. Before they can head out Bhairavi calls back and informs Samarth of Muskaan's decision. Samarth is shocked and Kabya tells him that if there is some trouble she can go by herself. Upset he yells at her telling her to leave is she wants to, and walks away from there, leaving Kabya to wonder what happened.
Precap: Bhairavi meets Vasundhra and tells her that she is happy that Muskaan said no surprising her, while on the other hand Samarth tries to confront Muskaan why she won't marry him and she pushes him away.
