Despite being a light-hearted comedy show, Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain, was clouded by controversies in its initial stages mainly because of actress Shilpa Shinde exiting the show.
The actress apparently had a huge tiff with the producers of the show and hence, was asked to leave.
Post her exit from the show, she went on to make headlines by accusing the producers of fraud and also, for making statements against her co-stars.
In a live chat, we asked actress Saumya Tandon, who plays Anita Bhabhi on the show, if she is in touch with her former co-star Shilpa to which she said, "None of us are in touch with her. She did have a lot of problems with the channel and the producer. We tried and we waited for her to come back but she didn't. When she left she really didn't connect with anyone."
