Dear this is not about Maya vs saanjh.

This is how CVS just failed to break the stereotypes of Indian TV shows in the end.

They showed peoplewith psychological problems in bad light.

If the concept of the show is nything beyond limit is dangreous ,they should have focused solely on that only.If they are not going to redeem her in the end they shld have not raised about psychological issues since it is a sensitive matter especially in our country .

People with a psychological issues are looked down in our country.this type of characterization will increase it more

Sweetheart this show is abt obsessive love vs selfless love (u should check Jenny,kushal & aneri's promotional interviews) cvs never said this show is abt a psychological ill person.. only Maya's fans took like this show is Abt maya

And I completely agree with u. In the end they just totally made a mockery of mental illness by turning Maya into a stereotypical vamp. They shudnt have made us invest so much into her abusive past if they wanted to end the show on such a disappointing and predictable note.

MAYA didn't have any psychological disorder. ..it was her father who wanted to show her as mad to get the property.Even the asylum docter said that she was not having mental illness...but she is a person with extra wits.Maya's problem was she is an extreme angry girl.I font know if there is anger treatment...but if it was there then jhanvi should be blamed for not treating her anger in childhood

I refuse to accept she has just anger problems ...no sane person wud pierce broken pieces of glasses in their mom's hand to teach her a lesson...the way she used to behave like a paranoid woman all throughout season 2 and refused to accept the fact that Arjun loves her...many here said that she might be suffering schizophrenia coz no normal person again hallucinates so much ...n trying to kill mom to get sympathy from Arjun? No sane/normal person wud do that right?

Maybe bad writing is at fault here...but then it's the makers fault again that instead of portraying her as a ruthless cunning person which is how most dark shaded characters are...they ended up portraying her as a mentally ill person :)

I totally get u. season one of the show was brilliant. especially for those who are tired of the perfect, preachy Indian female leads on TV. maya was a break of fresh air coz she never fit into that mold. she was grey And she was the female version of those angry young bosses. it was cool to watch a female kick ass. BT the CVS let us down after that. fans could not tolerate the goodie goodie maya tolerating Vandana post marriage. her craziness was so repetitive. they showed a 3 yr leap and they don't show how she went that out of control and lost it completely( although NY fingers are crossed that the CVS will bring this up). I just don't think CVS bargained on the fact that fans would really, really love the imperfect, grey maya to the point where we still want her to win at the end of the day.

as an audience u have to root for someone and have a connection to atleast one character to watch a show. saanhj and Arjun are tolarable post leap. BT nothing really makes u root for them. and Arjun is still confusing me. he looks like he is missing something in life aka Maya.

and maya is gone black one CNT root for her when she is poisoning babies and killing innocent babies. there is no redemption for her and her ending should be nothing BT death. this is a pointless show now
