Was Arjun missing Maya?

In yesterday's episode when Saanjh is serving paratha to him, why was he recalling Maya?

I reckon it's a case of over-thinking.

Arjun hating Maya currently doesn't mean he's lost the right to remember memories that involve her.

Everyone has memories associated with certain things, and for Arjun, it's one of his stronger memories (the original scene had him contemplating suicide,if you remember 😆)

Wanting to eat only healthy food does not mean he's become what Maya wanted him to be, and neither does eating Aloo Paratha mean that he is doing what Saanjh wants him to do.

In many cases, it's a gradual process- some things and tastes do change with time, and it would be unfair to pin-point the reason for change on one person.

That scene was perhaps introduced to show that Aarohi understands Arjun's mind quite well, and for Arjun to know what Jhanvi and Suman had told her about Maya.
