Samay enters Nancy's room. Nancy had just stopped her bicycle near the orphanage. She enters the room & finds it dark.Nancy opens the curtain & sees I love you Nancy written on the wall. On the way to the church, she finds I Love You, Nancy wrote on the road. She finds it wherever she goes. Nancy then finds Samay and fumes. She asked, "Why are you doing these things?"

Samay: For you.

Nancy: Have you gone mad?

Samay: Yes, I've gone mad. Otherwise, do you think any educated & decent man can do such a thing?

Nancy: But I cannot love you.

Samay: Why?

Nancy: For that matter, I cannot love anybody, get married & have a family because I want to become a nun. I can only marry God & love the service to the mankind. This is what I have learned after I've lost my parents.

Samay: Whatever it is but I love you.

She goes to the church. Samay enters there. All are singing chorus the church. He goes to the Father & asks, "I want to ask you something."

Father: Yes, my son

Samay: Who has made love?

Father: It is God.

Samay: For whom did he make?

Father: For the mankind.

Samay: Does God say be unhappy but be with me?

Father: No

Samay: Is there written anywhere that you sacrifice everything and in God's name?

Father: Not at all.

Samay: Have you all heard? Father, I love Nancy. Even she loves me but is hesitant to accept my love. Please make her understand.

Father to Nancy: Is this true?

Nancy is speechless

Samay: Look, her silence tells everything.

Father: Is it true?

Nancy avoids the situation & walks off.

Father: I am sorry. I can't do anything unless she confesses it.

Samay: She will confess. I will make her confess.

All of them leave. They find Samay on the terrace. Nancy is shocked to see him.

Samay: Nancy, Your face says that you love me. People die & burn themselves but I will burn myself & die only for you. Samay picks up the liquid. A small boy points out and asks, "What is it?"

Samay: This is petrol.

He pours the petrol on himself and picks up the matchbox. He said, "Nancy, I am going to burn myself. Even now you have time. I will count 10."

He starts counting & comes till 9. He still counts 9 & tries to lit the matchbox.

The young boy asked: You don't know what comes after 9.

Samay: No boy. I have been weak in Maths since childhood. Before I die, I would advise you to focus on Maths don't give importance to love.

He lits the matchbox. The terrace is burning. Everyone comes up to see what is happening. Nancy sees that Samay has burned the logs & finds him safe. She runs towards him & gives him tight slaps before hugging him. Samay hugs her back & winks at Father who winks back at him.

Nancy: Do you know something? I've always dreamt that a prince will come to me on his horse & take me. The prince was exactly looking like you.

Samay: And how was the horse in your dream?

Nancy: I wonder how people ride the horse?

Samay: It is easy. Do you want to learn?

Nancy: No, I won't be able to learn. I am afraid.

Samay: When I am there nothing will happen to you.

He forcefully carries her & makes her sit on the horse, saying, if you pull the thread toward the right, it will go in the right direction. If you pull it towards the left, it will move towards the left. If you pull it at the center, it will stop.

Nancy starts riding but gets scared when the horse jumps over the poll. Samay gets afraid & runs towards Nancy to save her.

Samay chases the horse & shouts, pull the thread to the center. He still chases the horse only to see that Nancy successfully stopped the horse. Seeing Samay tensed, Nancy giggles.

Samay & Nancy then go to the shopping where Nancy is selecting her dress. Samay is holding the camera to take her pics. Nancy indicates through her gestures & tries out more dresses. Samay keeps taking her pics with his camera.

FB pauses.

Maya is still having a look at the album.

FB resumes.

Samay carries Nancy & makes her sit inside the car.

Nancy: I wonder how people drive the car.

Samay: Really? I have been fooled once. I am not going to get fooled again.

Nancy: I mean it. I don't know to drive.

Samay: No problem. I will teach you to drive.

Nancy: Not now.

Samay forcefully makes her sit in the driver's seat and said, "This is the clutch, the right side is the accelerator & this is the gear. Now you focus on driving.

Nancy starts on a good note but suddenly she is unable to control. Samay tries to control it. Everyone runs for their lives, looking at the rash driving. Nancy is still not able to control it. Samay falls out of the car. Nancy stops the car and said, "When I saw you burning yourself, even my state was like that. You have wooed me by cheating. Now I did the same. So, it is even."

Both go to the church & take blessings from the Father after the engagement. Samay then takes Nancy to the concert on 23rd December & introduces her to his friends.

Nancy: No I cannot sing.

Samay then starts singing. Both sing the song

Both sit near the swimming pool.

Samay: What are you thinking?

Nancy: I wonder how people swim like fishes.

Samay: You cannot fool me this time. I will get the bill. You swim in the meantime.

He pushes her into the pool & goes to collect the bill.

All his friends congratulate him as to be husband. Samay goes near the pool & is shocked to see that Nancy has drowned. He jumps into the pool & takes her out only to find out that she is dead.

The entire church mourns for her. Samay sees the fly sitting on her face & blows it. He loses his mental stability.

Flashback ends.

Maya finishes looking at the album.

Maya goes to Samay's cell in the hospital & sees him singing. Hoto se choo lo tum mera geet Amar kar... She calls him with a smile. Samay is shocked. Maya hold her ears making a gesture of apology. Samay smiles.

The next day Maya meets Rahul who said, "Don't mind me saying that but your father's way of treating the patients is absolutely wrong. He simply makes them swallow the tablets & when the patients start reacting, he will give them the shock treatment. By the way, what have you understood about Samay's case?"

Maya: Samay's case is very much painful. My eyes watered after studying his case.

Rahul: Either he might have forgotten what has happened in the past or must be pretending to be a madman.

Maya: I don't think he is pretending.

Rahul: There are patients who don't open about then lives & hide like thieves. You have got to study their mind & catch the point like a police.

Maya: What I should do for that?

Rahul: Take it as a challenge.

Maya goes to Samay's cell & asks, "Won't you sing a song today?"

Samay: Please take me outside.

Maya: I can't do that without dad's permission. If he comes to know about it then?

Samay: Then we will take him too.

Maya smiles

Samay: Please take me outside. I have not seen the light for a long time. I will sing for you. I will do whatever you say.

Maya: Not today, I will take you tomorrow.

Maya meets Rahul. She said, "Samay wants to go out but the thing is he might run away."

Rahul: No, he won't. If he had to run away, he would have done that a way back. I know Samay pretty well.

Maya: What if dad gets to know? How about taking Anthony with us?

Rahul: So what? It is a part of the treatment. Samay is my responsibility. He will be under my observation.

Maya: So can I start? I am doing it for the first time.

Rahul: Everyone learns by experience. First, you start playing. Then decide how to go about it.

Maya starts rehabilitating Samay, helping him in his shaving. She asks, "How did I do the shaving?"

Samay: How will I know?

Maya rubs her cheeks with his & said, "Yes, it is done. Shall we go out?"

Samay: With these clothes? I have my dress in my bag, please get it for me.

Maya & Samay go out to the open space. Samay sees the cuckoo bird & talks but gets upset when the bird didn't respond. Seeing him shouting, Maya raises her voice saying, "Stop it."

Samay then sits on the seat sadly.

Maya: Koo, Koo
