In that movie, there is a scene where Maya runs away from the goons. Arjun stares at them as if he had entered the screen. Maya is surrounded by the goons & she keeps escaping from them. Arjun imagines that Maya has come to him for help.

Arjun's dream

Arjun to the goons: Wait, if anyone comes forward, I will break all of you. He fights all the goons single-handedly. The background song is

Arjun suddenly gets up from the seat & screams, "Yaay."

All other viewers confront him saying, "are you watching the movie for the first time or what?"

The others said, "God knows from where such people come."

After the movie ends, Arjun goes to his room through his window with his bicycle. He keeps his cycle & sits on the bed. He starts talking to Maya's photo.

Arjun: How much beautiful you looked when you were with Shahrukh in the garden and that pink dress suits you a lot. In fact, all the dresses suit you perfectly. It looks like they are all made for you. I feel like sitting next to you but all the wishes cannot be fulfilled right? But I can definitely dream about you where only you & I are there right?

While he was talking to Maya's picture, Nikki knocks the door. She entered his room & asked, "What are you talking? Are you talking to the walls?"

Arjun: Can't you see? I am talking to Maya.

Nikki: How sad! Even she should know that a person like you are there to adore her so much.

Arjun: Who said?

Nikki: The whole world says that. How many people must be watching her movie? It is going to be a flop show.

Arjun: Don't talk anything bad about the film. It will be a super duper hit. Maya has come to the screen for the first time.

Nikki: Then a lot of eggs & tomatoes will be thrown.

Arjun: Ae Nikki, don't tell anything about Maya or her movie.

Nikki: Not one. I will say thousand times that the film is a rotten garbage, a flop show.

Arjun closes Nikki's mouth with her hand.

Nikki screams, "Dad."

Arjun leaves her.

Nikki: Dad is calling you.

When Arjun was leaving, Nikki said, "Pehli nazar main dabba.."

Arjun hits her with the ball & goes to his father.

Sharma gives him the mark sheet & asked, "What is this?"

Arjun sees it & said, "This is my marks card."

Sharma: Thank God, you have at least identified your marks card. What is written in it?

Arjun: Marks

Sharma: Which marks?

Arjun: History - 25, Philosophy - 19, Logic - 22.

Sharma: Economics - 1, Psychology - 1.

Arjun: Dad, Poetry - 60 first class.

Sharma: So are you going to write a poetry wearing a khaadi dress, grow your beard & go to the river to write them? Will that be your occupation? Whenever I see, you will be loafing around. Always going to the cinema halls & watching movies. Whenever people ask you where are you coming from, your answer is cinema hall. When they ask where will we meet, your answer is cinema house. Look, son, these people make films & sell the dreams because that is their profession. They earn in crores & live in huge bungalows, use top class vehicles. There are thousands of fools who buy that dream and you top that list. Now listen, hereafter, you will go from home to college & from college to home.

The next day, Arjun goes to college. Saanjh runs to Arjun shouting, "Arjun Arjun."

Arjun parks the bicycle & sits on the seat.

Saanjh: Can't you hear. I am calling you from when. What happened?

Arjun: Nothing.

Saanjh: Then why are you so dull?

Arjun: Dad gave me a lecture early morning. What else could it be?

Saanjh: It is about marks right? I had called you in the morning. Where were you?

Arjun: Maya's movie pehli nazar main pyaar ho gaya. I was watching that.

Saanjh: I called you even in the afternoon.

Arjun: I was still there in the cinema hall. I watched all the 4 shows.

Saanjh: Duffer, You are really mad. How was the film?

Arjun: It was superb.

Saanjh: But it seems there is a tragedy.

Arjun: I don't know.

Saanjh: Then you say that you watched all the shows.

Arjun: I was only watching Maya. Who cares for the story-line? Whenever I see Maya, I feel that she is near me.

Arjun sings the song in Maya's name

Saanjh is on the way to meet Nikki.
