Maya packs her clothes to go for Bombay. She and Nandini goes to airport for her departure
Nandini : Maya, you are going to start your new life baby, take care of yourself
Maya : I will miss you mom, you too take care alright
Nandini : leave your past and everything behind Maya, you should go, its time for your flight
Maya : okay, mom (touches her feet) bye
Nandini : bye my princess, all the best for your career
Maya checks in and goes in the economy class

Saanjh is getting ready when her neighbor aunty Mala comes
Saanjh : please come in aunty
Mala : look, take this food with you and mix this everyday in your milk
Saanjh ; aunty so much food, how will I take this with me

Maya reaches Bombay airport and takes her bags. Her mom arranged driver for her who would drop her at hostel.

Piyali is Maya and Ruhi's cousin as both of their father are real brothers.

Ayaan's car clashes with Vicky's bike in the parking lot
Ayaan : can't you see? you hit my car first and took the parking
Vicky : I didn't knew this spot have your name on it, you did a damage to my bike too, who will pay for it

Maya reaches to grand bungalow of the city. The house is no less than palace. Maya comes out of the car when the watchman press the code from the house to open the gate. Servants greet her happily
Maya : oh my god, this house is still the same, kaka, where is Piyali
Servant ; she is working out in the fitness room
Maya : thank you (gives her bag and heads down to fitness room)
She looks at Piyali who is running on treadmill listening to her music. Maya irritably takes the ear plugs when Piyali does not respond her.
"Oh my god, Maya, when did you come"Piyali immediately stops her exercise and hugs Maya
"When you were busy with your exercise" fakes annoyance
Piyali : oho, don't be angry, I said sorry
Maya : I don't understand what makes you so curious to do this, look at your figure due to constant dieting
Piyali : my dear sister, this is our day, I want guys to run behind me not the opposite alright
Maya ; you will not change, come lets go
"I am sorry about Ruhi's death, dad told me" Ruhi consoles her
Maya ; its alright, don't worry I am fine
Piyali : now you are here, I won't let you miss Ruhi, did police found out the killer
Maya : not yet, they are still investigating, culprit didn't left any clues
Piyali : they will find out soon I am sure, come lets have lunch

Piyali : yes, there is newcomer's party, it will be fun please

Piyali : I don't know her yet, her name is Saanjh Mathur, she is coming from Ooty
Maya : even I wanted to live in hostel but mom insisted me to stay at home
Piyali : why do you need to stay on campus when you have our house

Piyali : college is close from house, stay here for few days and we will figure it out, I sent driver to pick up Saanjh
Later in the evening there is freshers' party at the campus for newcomers. Host announces for the star perfumer of the evening. The crowd cheers very loudly and voice echoes in the stadium more when a dashing and charmer makes grand entry none other than Arjun Sharma. He is the guy a girl can easily fall just by his cool attitude. However at bottom of his heart there are deep scars left on his heart.

Constable gives postmortem report to Ranveer of Ruhi and also finds some pills from her hostel room
Ranveer : did you talk with the hostel staff
Constable : yes sir, mostly all said she was positive person but her roomate said she was very depressed from past few months
Ranveer : call that girl here, I want to meet her, whats her name
Constable : Suhani
Later constable brings her to police station but is very scared to answer him
Ranveer : look, don't be afraid, just answer my question very carefully
Suhani : yes sir
Ranveer : so Suhani, from how long you know Ruhi, I mean tell me what you know about her
Suhani : She is my roommate from last three years, she was very jovial person always trying to make people happy
Ranveer : but we found some pills from her bag, did she had habit of taking sleeping tablets
Suhani : Sir, as far as I know she never need them but from few months she was always tensed on something, I tried to ask her so many times but she never told me
Ranveer : did you ever felt that she had any boyfriend
Suhani : I am not sure but I saw her scared few days before her murder, like somebody was blackmailing her, I told you what I know

Constable ; Sir, what do you think?
Ranveer : this case is not that easy it looks, I am missing a big link, anyway you keep an eye on her friends for a while and check her hostel room, and I want the phone records
Constable : I will bring that to you by evening

Precap : Ranveer heads out to Mumbai after getting some clues. Saanjh and Maya becomes friends in short time
