The way she was blowing that digit 9 candle, singing birthday song for herself and feeding cake to her lord first and then to herself, tears rolling down her eyes... Maya is still stuck on that 9th birthday of hers, that innocence on her face told that she is still a kid. She has refused to come out of that incident.
Maya's dad again came to ruin her birthday and scaring the shit out of her. The bg music was so creepy and the way he was singing "happy birthday to you, happy birthday my baby" that gave me chills.
I am looking forward to the next episodes. Precap was interesting as arjun put that piece of cake on her face in the same manner as her father did in the flashbacks Maya's reaction would be a treat to watch.
Jennifer nailed today's performance yet again...she is such a great actor. Maya's pain, her fear, her helplessness infront of her father were excellently portrayed by jennifer 👏👏👏
