Rudra was never close to anyone other than ananya. so more than not being his love, she is upset that there is someone more important then her. it is like when kids become jealous when a younger sibling comes along.

Well actually before wedding proposal itself ananya has issues with maya when rudra start falling for him. Like she get jealous and insecure l when she invited maya for party and rudra decided to attend the party to save maya in party rishi compliment her as looking gorgeous but rudra was waiting for maya in party than after hand print incident and during dinner at maya home anu clearly confess to rishi about her insecurities and jealousy which rishi didn't take seriously. Now she is ditched by rudra so she is more vocal about it.

Ananya was insecure about losing Rudra.. in that insecurity she dint even see the reality when Rudra asked her to marry him.. rudra is also wrong here..

I feel Maya coming to office will be to patch them up but creating insecurity in mind of sudhir for her daughter that she will be in same situation as Manvi and MJ

Maya doesnt have such insecurities like MM.. she was too possessive about arjun like he souldnt be with anyone else types ..

Maya here loves and trusts Rudra and looks up to him.. he is not MJ who goes around with any girl.. MJ never held diyas hand or even dance publically.. Rudra hugs Ananya in front of Maya too.. when u dont have anything wrong inside u then u dont hide anything

maya fears losing rudra, which is why she can be so crazy but she is not scared of losing him to another girl. There is no insecurity in that regard.

Although rudra should stop telling ananya I love you or "main tere bin adhoora hoon" because it messes with her head. At this point, Rudra needs to stop bending over backwards to show how important her friendship is to him. you cannot force someone to understand.
