Yesterday, the ending scene, when Maya drowned in the tub, that area was entirely dark, and the left side was all lit with candles. I rewatched it to understand the beauty of the scene. Mind-blowing. I am sure they already anticipated the MayRa appeal. Sorry I got carried away! I have much regard for the makers'!

Also, has MayRa become the official name? The official name is usually on Twitter and IG as fanclubs right?

Oh absolutely. I think a lot of research and relying on the characters and actors capability to play off their energy and strength is definitely factored in.

But then strikes my cynicism with ITV because just recently I was invested in Kahan Hum Kahan tum and it kinda nosedived into the obvious OTT-ness.

It’s like “ohhh here we go againnnn”

But then credit where it’s due, cinematography has been absolutely top notch and few scenes have been pretty awe-inspiring visually!!

I used to watch KHKT too, but that's Star Plus and this is Sony. SP is very impatient when it comes to ratings, so it seems. BeyHadh doesn't seem like something that will be changed coz of TRPs. Maybe the story may disappoint in future. Who knows. But I doubt it'll be due to TRPs.

Yeah, it seems like a lot of effort goes into making scenes beautiful and aesthetic. Especially the ones that involve Maya and her vengeance.

I’ll be brutally honest here. Beyhadh isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Take my best friend for instance, she doesn’t like gory stuff or the melodrama in saas bahu shows. Give her something basic and relatable. So the ratings shouldn’t be that surprising.

I said this before also. BeyHadh is more of a sitting alone in your room and watching it with all doors and windows shut to outside disturbance kind of thing. 😆 nowadays I watch it on TV but I am not satisfied and I watch it again.

And the obvious change in the core team after a certain time frame also negatively impacts the show. Basically anything or everything could ruin a show 😆

Agreed! Coupled with Jen’s impeccable acting.. those scenes clearly stand out. As stan world says “QUEEEEN” 👸🏻

Arey don't worry about TRP. We can't do anything more than we are already doing. Better enjoy the show. It will run its course I am sure. Sony is better than other channels.

There was a small Mayra scene in cabin. But it is a important scene so do watch it. Don't miss out on it due to TRP.

I also think there are several minute details which can be overlooked. It’s fun to watch it and notice every twitch. For instance, when Rishi fake yawned, Maya sharply looks at the phone and there’s so much undisguised hatred at his capability to lie.
