Bilal seeing that everyone has gone also went and left shazia all alone in the hospital

Zain, Aaliya, Haya and the 2 boys, and everyone else were having a picnic by the beach

when Nafeesa pointed out that they still hadnt named the 2 boys, so Zain and Aaliya started fighting over what to name them

They finally agreed on each naming one of 'em... Aaliya chose Rayaan (I like Aayaan better but Game OS 2 may already we've named their son that)
