But then they get a call thast Zarina had a heart attack and rush to the hospital

Zain rushes to see his Khala when suddenly he sees Bilal's face and is admiited to the bed next to Zarina. Then Aaliya next. Shazia hits her head!

Bilal doesnt want to cause more trouble so he runs away thinking never to come to his family again.

Aaliya also picks a nice suit for Zain, and they go on a date wearing those clothes

While having dinner one man comes

Puts the bouquet on their table and leaves

At first aliya was scared but now became relaxed

She felt so happy that Zain ordered those flowers for her

Aliya was blooming like a flower
