There are way too many people in Abdullah house who would find ways to stop ZaYa from reuniting. This is hard to believe, even for me, but Rehan is actually protecting ZaYa still, he's trying not to leave any scope for others to point fingers and show that this divorce is with the intention of letting Aaliya reunite with Zain. Yes, the repercussions of this do not sound favourable. Aaliya will be under a guilt trip, but she cannot cheat her feelings for Zain, it ain't a ZaYa story anymore if that happens. And looking at how Farhan has treated us with the past episodes and his stubborn attitude, I'm not looking forward to this. But then again, going ahead by showing more of R and A will be butchering what is left of BI, if only he gets such a simple fact.

You bring up some really good points here. Rehan cannot leave any room for his divorce to Aaliya be questioned considering he said this is not a halala nikaah. It is a tricky situation because he has to keep his promise while making this look as convincing as possible, so maybe this is an act after all but will Aaliya know this?

I just do not want Aaliya to feel guilty or worse obligated to stay with Rehan. Like you said CVs cannot afford to butcher Zain and Aaliya's story just to fit in Rehan especially since he is supposed to be their well wisher.

Of late I have actually liked the trust and maturity to Zain and Aaliya's relationship and if that is ruined then I really do not know what would be left of BI. The only reason I am still watching is for ZaYa and if their love story is butchered, there is no BI.

There needs to be clarity if we get a scene with Aaliya and Rehan alone where he explains why he did all this then fine but if not then I dread what will become of Aaliya. I do not want to see Aaliya feeling torn here between being indebted to a friend and the love of her life. At this moment Zain is going to need her the most because he has just learned a devastating truth about his mother but at the same time I can imagine Aaliya wanting to talk to Rehan to either question him or apologize for doubting him.

I just hope CVs execute this well because this show cannot handle anymore sloppy tracks full of negativity. This is Zain and Aaliya's story, it needs to be their fight TOGETHER not apart. Rehan is a parallel lead, not the main. Fans fell in love with BI for Zain and Aaliya, not ZaYa + Rehan. If they keep Rehan as a well wisher for ZaYa and have ZaYa reunite, fans will slowly return to this show and breathe easy but until then there will always be these dreaded and negative thoughts that consume us.

Ive been thinking tht there was a need for the T to ge valid otherwise him just getting together with the family or witnesses n giving her T would have looked fishy, this makes it valid n also puts the drama into the situation its a show after all lol

LOL well it was a thought as to how this divorce would happen and not be considered halala. Aaliya has already faced the wrath of outsiders before, so this time around Rehan has to do it in such a way that it looks convincing.

So is the show going to take a leap if what SBS says is going to happen by Diwali? I sure hope so because I really want this divorce track to be over with soon and then ZaYa can focus on marrying again without anyone to stop or question them.

Very detailed post dude!! But Im left wondering how old yu have to be to come up with stuff like this! I did such things when I was 16! :/
