I agree with everything you mentioned Sweety. First of all The effect of the whole promo dimmed a little by not so good voiceover in the end!! Like you mentioned, it would have been more powerful if they had used caption like the director’s insta post! Anyways it doesn’t matter now. this promo mainly depicts how ani’s life will change after this one event! I know a whole RC mansion will be on fire the next day. We will witness a big face off, a big confrontation between Kaka and ani. Ani will try hard to let out his frustration, his anger by screaming at kaka. But my main concern is will ani be able to come out of his self guilt? Because even if he was not ready, he couldn’t stopped all what was happening and had to see Bon performing all the ridiculous rituals in the name of customs!! we can clearly tell from his expressions how uncomfortable he was feeling. So let’s just imagine if by watching all these things happening in front of his eyes making him this uncomfortable and frustrated, how would he feel once he will realize how kaka tricked him and made him intoxicated to fulfill his wish! He will be broken from inside and his heart will be scarred .. he won’t be able to forgive himself even though it’s not his fault in the first place! I feel that only Bon will be able to help him to free himself from this guilt.. until then he will have to bear this guilt.This will be too much to take for ani since he is the boy of principles and his principles says not to let anything bad happen to Bon.. but still Bon had to go thorough all that!

Looking forward to watch this painful truth of that era our old generation went through.

You have mentioned a very valid point. I skipped that witnessing part in the promo intentionally as I was not sure if he would really know about Bon performing those customs. That we will know in actual episode. So, I only talked about the intoxication part. But, yes, even if he gets to know later, he will feel guilty for the whole situation. And the guilt will be huge, no doubt in that.

From what I read in the update, he is already scared due to everything happening around him.This is what I wrote in my post as well that he will be scared & frustrated.

Nim, you know what made me feel so bad yesterday? He is already getting judged for using that word 'zimmedari'. I saw few reactions of some audiences which made me really sad but I won't mention that here as that didn't happen in IF, but in social media tags . I'll talk to you about that in PM. But my point is, can we try to understand where he is coming from, atleast this time?

I am sure he will witness Bon performing those customs. Because they have covered every part they showed in the menstruation track. But the point is why was he quiet? Was he also manipulated by mama somehow that this is some kind of custom for girls who gets their first period or something? Anyways witnessing all these and keeping mum and doing nothing will kill him from inside . His guilt will not let him live peacefully .. and this is what worries me the most . Is it possible for a man like ARC to ignore such a big incident and behave normally? Nah.. it’s not him then. He will be guilt ridden.. maybe with time it will be hidden inside but will not be removed. Let’s see how ARC gets himself out from all these!

No!! we don't want Sampoo to have any kids or even a relationship with Binoy as that will only make her a permanent resident of RC which we really don't want😛. Ani will handle Kaka in his style once he gathers his thoughts and emotions. And about Sampoo's being grateful, that lady sold her soul to the devil. She doesn't have conscious to feel guilty or feel bad. It is a waste to expect anything good from her.

I am not surprised actually .. I saw it coming when he didn’t use word “patni” when he was talking to koeli.. they already gave us a hint then! And yes I agree with you minnu, he doesn’t see her as his patni as per society’s norms, the way society take the literal meaning of patni! For society pati patni means a man and a woman start their relationship as a husband and wife inspite of any age. So of course even if ani consider Bon as his patni means at this point, he thinks her as his partner, companion and the one who is going to support him in his krantikari work! So if to save himself and Bon from this social norm of behaving like a pati patni, he had to use a word zimmedari again, I don’t mind .. I would say he did the right thing. He knows in his heart what Bon is for him and what’s her place in his life is much more than a zimmedari.. what else can we expect from a man who is filling up all type of roles in his kids wife’s life, say it as her father, guardian, mother, friend, supporter, her rakshak and what not! So in my opinion, at this point, when Bon is still a kid, it doesn’t matter if he uses a word patni for her or not !

P.S. I haven’t watched the episode yet, this is my opinion based on some comments I read here!

Yuppp Sweety .. we had the same discussion before and we will have to do it again it seems 😆 but anything for ARC..👍🏼 ARC himself or his feelings for Bon won’t be changed if he doesn’t use the word “patni” . So here it is .. I don’t care 😆 all I care is Bon .. she shouldn’t be fed with wrong info that ani doesn’t want her as his patni and all.. but I am sure ani will handle this in his own way! 👍🏼
