WU 19th Apr:Rajji reveals the truth to Amreek.

The 'thaka' ceremony takes place. Bani sits besides Desho who asks why she came here. Bani says she had to come to see whether Desho was okay. The families congratulate each other. Nirveil and Sarabjit also hug each other. Amreek tries to talk to Rajji but she is mad at him. Sarabjit tells Desho that he knew she would participate in the celebrations. Desho says she's just doing her duty as a wife. She is here only for him and she'll never forgive Nirveil's familiy for whatever they've done. Nirveil spots Sohum standing at a distance and tells him to join them. The groom's dad invites everyone to their house for a party in the evening.



Both the families arrive. Amreek's family greets them. Sukhi and other girls take Rajji and Bani to the nearby bangle stall. Rajji is still furious with Bani and tells her if she wouldnt come, the marriage would not take place. Bani says it wasnt easy for esp when Desho refused to let her go. Amreek's eyes are focussed on Rajji. She ignores him. After a while, Amreek approaches them and requests Rajji to talk to him. Rajji hesitates but the girls send her with Amreek.


The groom's Dad informs the families that the marriage will take place after 15 days. The families are tensed due to the short duration but Amreek's family assures that everything will take place smoothly. Desho begins her thought process. Amreek asks Rajji the reason for her rude behaviour. He refused to marry Bani because she said so but yet she is angry. Is there anyone else in her heart? If Rajji didnt want to marry him then why did she say 'Yes' ? Rajji tells him she had no other option and thats why she had to agree to it. But this has created a lot of problems in both the families. Amreek is confused. He asks whats the big deal if the younger daughter is getting married instead of the elder one? There shouldnt be any problem as both the families are happily living. Rajji says it is a big deal as this alliance has created a huge rift in both the families. The wall that was built 22 yrs ago would be broken had Bani married Amreek, but now that wall will remain in its place. Amreek is stunned at the revelation.
