I don't know why it made me laugh...lol
This is a friendly topic and people are allowed to express their real feelings so no one needs to worry about fights. 😛
Seems like according to the voting most people wouldn't marry that person.

That's really sad that he was rejected because he was deaf in one ear. Why does that even matter? Marriages are supposed to be about love, people! Not perfection. So I think you can tell what my answer is...if there is true love between us then of course 😊 It really goes to show you what the Asian society of today is like (as stereotypical as it sounds, it's true.) I have a friend who's deaf in one ear and he's a really cool person...nothing wrong with him. So what if he holds the phone to his right ear? I could live with that. It's not like he's completely void of hearing, then it would be a little confusing.

One more thing, it's understandable if the deafness is a family trait or something and it could be passed on to children. Then I would be a bit concerned for my children. If not, I think it's ridiculous to reject a guy for that 😕

OK, done ranting now. I don't mean to offend any people that disagree with me and I'm sorry if I did 😔

True dat! 😃
I definitely agree with you. Being deaf in one ear doesn't make a big difference at all. Marriage should always be about love and not perfection.

does 1 ear makes any difference when u love someone? its only one ear. its not like if he is completely deaf. even complete deaf ppl are married & has love life. no i m not just saying it. its true.if u truly love someone u should stand by him through thick n thin. or else its not love

i feel sorry for the girl more than than for the boy. bcoz u never know when it comes back to u.
and i m truly happy for the boy. bcoz who knows what may have happened in future??!!

Yeah...thats true.
The girl will always wonder how it would have been if she had gotten married to him. If she can't accept him because of this reason then in the future the guy would not have been happy with her.
