Hey guys! Well I came here after a long time, well school's opening, I hope everyone had a great summer!πŸ˜ƒ I am sure!πŸ˜›

Well I just happen to wonder right now, who likes shutki mach? Personally, my family members love it and I happen to be living in BD for 12 years and came here when I was 13 so I was pretty much used to eating it as well and now I don't get to, sadly. But actually I love it, the smell before making it is terrible. When my nanu used to make it, the smell was horrible, the exhuaster didnt work to get the smells off not even opening the doors and windows! So everyone else were to go outside the house!πŸ˜† But the after dish part is terribly tasty yumm yumm especially the bhorta part hehe...

So any khati Bengali here who likes it or like most people thinking it just smells and tastes yukk so bad?? Even my friends wonder how I eat that cause they would usually throw upπŸ˜† Anyways do share ur opinion, just trying to be more active and a fun postπŸ˜‰πŸ˜³

BTW Wishing everyone a very happy, healthy and propersous Ramadan which starts tomorrow. I can't wait to start fasting, finally no more eatin, atleast until sunsetπŸ˜†! How about you guys?πŸ€”πŸ˜³

lol well i wasnt born up and bought in BD either but my family absolutely love it... infact my parents make an extra effort to make sure they go back as often as possible so they can stock up on their shutki πŸ˜†
whether you get shutki abroad or not, shutki is readily available in the UK almost from any bengali shop as far as i know...
Im not a huge of fan of shutki myself, it does smell horribly wrong but when you get shutki cooked with 'lottha' and really really spicy then i swear it does wonders if your not feeling well πŸ˜†πŸ˜†
