Stories can be made provided CVs have the will to do so. Instead CVs seem hell bent on digging out relatives in Shekhar family from nowhere or extending Sanchi's story.

In recent years even that Basant had more lines than Bhairon!

What Anup and Smita did was right but what CVs did was totally wrong.

Agreed it didn't exactly work out that way they could have chosen something better than saas bahu drama to forge a bond between Anandi and Shekhars.
They could have done many things like Shekhar parivar women taking Anandi around Udaipur helping her find herself there adjusting to city life and all of them coming up with the idea of Bhaili and working together there. So many things could have been shown
But everything was sacrificed at the Alter of SANCHI'S STORY🤢😡

I would have loved to see Shekhar ladies take Anandi around Udaipur, and also to clubs and community centres where people socialise and also organise social initiatives, or give new ideas to Anandi on her NGO. No parties or gatherings with AnSh and other high ranking government employee couples.
So regressive how senior Shekhar men go to clubs whereas women stay home.

Why talk of making tea or cleaning utensils when there were servants? Did they fire Nathu?

Even Shiv has been reduced to a special appearance star to give space to Sanchi or DB types.

Apparently somebody in the channel must have felt that there is a great potential in Kahani Sanchi ki they must have thought it would make a great urban story🤢😡
At least this Dadibua is raising questions which are always raised by certain section of viewers esp regarding Jagya Ananid and her sasural that became her maika etc and they are trying to answer questions.
There are a few people who think Anandi's social work is not that connectable they want to see her in saas bahu drama and probably thye wanted to satisfy those viewers along with the viewers who actually are more interested in seeing her grow as a person. Looks like CVs are having tough time balancing those two requirements.

The creatives are stretching the show without any long term story, they forgot to add depth to the new characters. And somehow they do not want to show urban life - that is the reason Anandi's life did not change even after moving to Udaipur. Her clothes, her thinking is still the same. Her husband is DC - means she has to attend a lot of official functions, go to officer's club, ladies club (in most of the places, ladies club is there for welfare of the wife and children of the subordinates and the senior-most officer (if she is a lady) or the wife of senior most officer is the chairperson) and her in-laws are from defence background - that means a lot of parties, get togethers etc. None of this was ever shown and Shakhers remain the urbanised version of Singhs - in both the places kitchen and dining table/drawing room is the central place.
Bhairo and Sumitra must be in their fifties - but the actors are too young and obviously they will not want aged look. This makes the visual unrealistic. DS, Bhairo, Basant, Sumitra, Khajan even the former sarpanch everybody looks same as they were when Anandi was 8-9 years old.

When Jagya-Anandi were young - Bhairo-Sumitra had more screen space, now the focus shifted to younger generation - this was inevitable.

Anandi has been trapped in saas bahu drama since childhood. She deserves relief and happiness!
Hated Sanchi meddling in Jagya-Ganga life even after their marriage.

Please do not raise questions about kahaani Sanchi ki - some things just cannot be explained - it is not even an urban story - considering how she has started wearing Indian dresses after being redeemed - it is just to show that good women must follow a certain lifestyle, a certain dress code.

DB may be raising some valid questions - but how would they explain her taunting a young child (reminded the Sanchi-Nandu fights)? DB is great-grandmother of the child and she is torturing him like this -such behaviour (just like bullying)can still be bearable if both the aggressor and victim are of same age -group.

Sanchi and DB track is to show creative's bias against urban people as well as their creative bankruptcy.

Aww, man... I always loved Bhairon and Sumitra. Their power as characters lay in their simple goodness and morality. I get chills remembering some of their scenes from the past. The part when Bhairon came to Mumbai and found out about Gauri and slapped his son on that bridge... I can't forget how fantastically Anup portrayed the heartbreak of a betrayed father. And all his and Sumitra's support of Anandi and encouragement of her education... their closeness with her to the point where Sumitra called Bhairon "Anandi ke bapu" rather than "Jagya ke bapu" in that one scene... it was all so beautiful and touching and heartrending to watch, and all because of the two actors and the life they infused into those characters.

I agree 100% with Anup and Smita's decision, as the creatives had been wasting their talent and scope for quite some time in favour of ghissa pitta tracks. It is just sad thinking back on what was and what could have been...

6 years is a long time in a fiction show and we are grateful to Smita Bansal and Anup Soni for having stayed on for so long as the lovable characters of Bhairon and Sumitra. They have been an intrinsic part of the show since the beginning.

Change is an undeniable part of life and like life, fiction shows too take their own twists and turns. With Anandi shifting out of Jaitser, a large part of the focus shifted with her to Udaipur.

With life generally under control in Jaitser and all their kids settled, the characters of Bhairon and Sumitra have over last several months become more of morale boosters rather than those that could change the course of the story. They will be passing on this mantle to Jagdish and Ganga with the able support of Basant and Dadisa.

Wish Smita Bansal and Anup Soni all the best for their future. It is understandable that they would now like to try new genres and new avenues in furthering their career growth.👏

this PH has the largest egos EVER thanks to the success of BV, they just don't seem to care who walks out the door and who walks in, they have this attitude of "good riddance" and "don't let the door hit you on your way out"...when actors share their concerns, they don't listen, rather than compromising, they turn the other cheek and actors walk away in favor of greener pastures and BV continues to lose powerful actors, this is a huge loss for BV, a loss of image ...a loss of identity of two actors who have been there for SO SO long...hope these king sized egos fall on their heads and crush them one day.
