The episode starts with Sitaram trying to convince Vibhor into doing MBA. Vibhor tells him that he has decided that he'll get into business and become a bigger person than Sitaram. Vibhor also challenges him that one day, the whole Kolkata will recognize Sitaram as Vibhor's Father-in-law, not him as Sitaram's Son-in-law. Sitaram listens to that and feels very happy. He thinks that the day will surely come and he'll be very proud of his son-in-law.

Vibhor then receives a call from his friend Piyush, who gets Vibhor an appointment to meet his father, who is a business man. Vibhor then goes to Ghansham and asks him for his blessings as it is his first business meeting. Ghansham gives him his blessings. Vibhor is about to leave when Sitaram stops him and tells him that even if he doesn't need his blessings, he will give it to him and wishes him all the luck. Sitaram also tells Vibhor that he'll wait for the day when Vibhor does something big and makes him proud.

In the Office

Piyush's dad asks Vibhor why he wants leave MBA and jump into business. Vibhor tells him that he wants to discover himself and introduce his hidden self to the world. Piyush's dad is impressed and asks him how early does he want to establish himself. Vibhor tells him that if he gets the proper guidance and path, then he'll not delay. So, Piyush's dad takes a bundle of money and hands it over to Vibhor. Vibhor tells him that he does not need money, he needs only his guidance.

So, Piyush's dad tells him that this money is not for him to spend. He says that the amount he has given Vibhor is Rs 10,000. He can do anything with the money, but by tomorrow, the money should be increased. Vibhor accepts the challenge and leaves.

Manbhari's House

Manbhari and Reeti are standing tensed. Manbhari tells Reeti that she feels bad since nobody offered Sitaram anything when he came to the house. Reeti tries to tell her that he wouldn't feel bad. Reeti tells Manbhari that she is worried about Vibhor, as he had challenged Sitaram to become a bigger business man, and he is not convinced to do MBA.

Manbhari tells Reeti that Vibhor will surely do it. If he takes up a challenge then he'll surely do it. Reeti tells Manbhari that it is impossible as he does not have any experience nor any money. Megha overhears their conversation and decides that she has to unite Reeti and Vibhor at any cost.

Vibhor's Room

Megha goes to Vibhor's room and sees Vibhor working on the laptop. She asks Vibhor if he'll come down for food. Vibhor tells her that he has no time. Megha tells Vibhor that she wants to talk to him... regarding Reeti. Vibhor gets angry and tells Megha that he is busy and if he listens to her itself, he gets angry. He asks Megha to leave him alone.

Poddar Kunj

Bilasi is on the top floor keeping his leg on the railing, as if he is going to jump. Everybody tells him to come down or else he'll fall. Bilasi tells them that they have to promise him that they'll not even give a penny from the family's money for Vibhor's business. Everybody tries to convince him, but he doesn't listen. Vibhor comes there and tells Bilasi that he'll not use even a single penny from the family's money for his business. Vibhor leaves from there while Reeti is shocked.

Vibhor's Room

Reeti goes to Vibhor's room to talk to him. As she enters the room, she sees her bags packed and Vibhor rubbing her name from the wardrobe. Vibhor taunts her saying for the first time, she has come punctually. He tells her to take her bags and move out of the room. He also tells her that neither she nor does her things have place in his room. Reeti tries to make Vibhor understand, but he tells her to leave before he loses patience. She looks at the room and recalls her memory with Vibhor. Vibhor is still angry but pain is also evident on his face.

Precap: Kajal goes to her room and tells herself that she will get respect in this house only if she does something. She will call someone who can get her respect and her equal rights. On the other side, they show a woman doing Pooja, indicating a new entry.
