MUDIT NAYAR

Mudit Nayar was born on the 3^rd of May, 1987 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. He finished his schooling from Delhi Public School, New Delhi. He had an excellent record for sports and before acting, even considered playing cricket professionally. He presently resides in Mumbai.

Coming to his career in Tellywood, Mudit made his debut as Tanmay Bose in the show "Palampur Express". Mudit got his biggest break in small screen through the show "Anamika", where he played the main protagonist Jeet. Mudit was also in seen in the episodic series "Teri Meri Love Stories" and "Yeh Hai Aashiqui". Currently, Mudit is seen in &TV, Shashi Sumeet's Production "Badi Devrani", where he plays the male protagonist Vibhor Poddar.

Being the youngest in the Poddar family, Vibhor is 22 years old and happens to be the most pampered child in the family. Even though the youngest, he is one of the sanest person in his family. He neither defines pitch black, nor pure white. He is grey. He is neither an angel nor a devil, but human. Being one of the most relatable characters on Indian television, he is like any other carefree, careless, happy-go-lucky guy. He believes in being good to the good and bad to the bad. A totally lovable character, whose antics manage to bring a smile on anybody close to him.

Though childish in nature, within him lies intense maturity which shows itself when it comes to his near and dear ones. Along with being an ecstatic and a joyful person, Vibhor is also very much impulsive, which leads him take hasty decisions without thinking twice, which miraculously turns out to be good. If not by duty or responsibility, he is bound by the love of his family, which makes him answerable at times, bringing out the maturity within him. Vibhor is portrayed to be a symbol of immaturity, happiness, enigma and unpredictability.

MEGHA CHAKRABORTHY

Megha Chakraborthy was born on the 3^rd of May, in Kolkata, West Bengal. The rest of her personal life remains anonymous to the media. The actress is passionate about dancing and often indulges in it when not shooting.

Coming to her career on screen, Megha was initially a Bengali Actress. She has acted in a Bengali film "Action" and has also done various Bengali shows. At present, she is currently seen in &TV Shashi Sumeet's Production "Badi Devrani", where she plays the female protagonist Reeti Poddar.

Being the eldest daughter of the Biyani family, Reeti is 27 years old and is the Miss. Perfect of the family. Being a very mature girl, Reeti is calm and unruffled, yet firm and steady when it comes to her near and dear ones. Her character is pure and defines white. She seems like an angel in disguise with her kind and forgiving attitude. She seems too good to be true. She believes in being good to everyone and forgiving even the biggest of mistakes, if the person repents for it. Her calmness and sense of responsibility towards her family makes her stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Though mature and sensible in nature, beneath her lies a fun-loving and enthusiastic girl, which shows itself in front of her loved ones. Thought kind and forgiving in nature, she is a no nonsense person, who cannot take any idiocy from anyone. Her family and her ethics mean everything to her, and she would to anything to preserve it. Reeti is portrayed to be a symbol of maturity, sensibility, kindness and care.

ViTi means light. They are the light in each other's life. The light that pulls them from the darkness and the light that guides them in the right path.

If Reeti seems like a character from Paradise, Vibhor is the contradictory of it. If Reeti is fire, he is her fuel. If she is a rose, he is her thorn. Only they can get the best and worst out of each other. Together, they complete each other. Both of them are bound by their family. Not the usual love story where a guy and a girl meet and fall in love, their story is unique. The relationship of an older woman and a younger man being unaccepted in the society, an unexpected yet sacred bond of marriage binds them together, as they explore and break through the obstacles of their relationship.

Before the Poddars and the Biyanis being sworn enemies, Reeti's marriage was fixed with Nikunj Poddar, Vibhor's brother. But, fate had other plans. Her destiny had Vibhor's name written in it, when his had her name written. After numerous hits and misses between them, fate united them in Macau, where they find themselves attracted to each other at first sight. As Reeti presumes Vibhor to be her would-be fianc Rajeev, Vibhor brushes off his feelings for her as he learns that she is his friend's would-be fiance. An unexpected meeting turns the tables as they find themselves drawn to each other and begin to enjoy each other's company. They begin to respect and admire each other and at the same time, develop care and concern for each other. Vibhor becomes her savior from the dark, as he prevents her marriage with an unworthy family, though he never actually knew her.

But the bitter truth about their family comes in front of them, creating a barrier between them. They depart from Macau and part ways with each other with a heavy heart. Did their journey end there? No, it did not. They met again, only to begin their journey together forever, as the sacred ritual of marriage bound them eternally.
