Watched the second part of the epi Epi ...
Abhishek-Yogi confrontation was Brilliant ...
Word about the Traits that sets apart Abhishek from the cliche Mahaaan characters ..
He does all for the Family yet he knows when to pin-point others .
Like he does with Cousins , did with Ramraj Chchu and yesterday to Yograj .

The embarassment , hurt , guilt that Yograj has made Abhishek faced is deep-rooted...Abhishek literally called him Bhagoda on his face yest ... quite a shocking to see a guy like him use respect's elders do that , he toh was not able to hear Nnkamma Ramraj's burai by Aman ...

Yograj has seen Abhishek inclement towards Meera yet he goes ahead and calls a Alliance for him ...Weird..!! ๐Ÿ˜•

And I really want to appreciate Priyanshu ... He is just growing day -by -day ...so much Power and Sincerity in his work and Approach .
Glad to see a youngster being so serious and honest abt his Work . Nahin toh aaj kal ke log join this profession just to get Fame and Follower .
This Guy knows the aspect and Creativity and Honesty involved in this ...Impressed..!!!

Had missed your essay ๐Ÿค— loved it, ofcourse!

Will come back to it later, right now just want to stress on the range of emotions that PJ managed in yesterday's epi that saved the re-enactments and his glazed look from turning into redundancy...

It is no wonder to me now, though, considering just how expressive and how much of a blabber mouth the guy is in real life, acting seems to be just an extension- there are some who are reserved in real life, hence find acting a bubbly character liberating- to be able to be someone they can never be...and then there are some, like him for whom the space of Abhi as a character is restrictive when it comes to portraying the normal range of expressions that might harbour his face, only to be revealed in moments where it may be allowed...and the result is this--

And the very best one...marvelling at his own depth of feelings, one that he is totally surprised at having, one that he only allows himself to have in silent alone moments like these... ๐Ÿ˜ณ

The episode was again a brilliant episode
Hats off to PJ๐Ÿ‘
From a love smitten goner to a responsible son to giving a karara jawab to yograj-this man is doing all this with such an ease.๐Ÿ‘
Abhishek's character is the most difficult character to portray.
He is reserved bt has feelings.
He is selfless bt not mahaan.
He is in love bt still isn't jealous of Aman.
It's very difficult to portray a character like abhishek. bt PJ is doing all that with ease.
I watched the confrontation scene of abhishek and his father again. PJ never cried once bt showed his feelings of hurt, abandonment, broken dreams with his eyes flawlessly.
Abhishek can easily become mahaan or bechara bt such scenes with is father, chachu or kapil actually shows that abhishek isn't a mahaan character..

Abhishek is a total goner in love๐Ÿ˜†
you are right.Abhishek was restraining himself frm birthday party till the moment meera lit the candles. The softness in abhishek's eyes on looking at meera is
He enjoys her so mich just her look, the way she talks, and everything about her. He admires and loves her for who she is.
The candle blowing reenactment scene and balcony wala scene was fabulous. It is this small nuances like this that makes me fall in love with abhishek -meera more day by day

Meera lives in her own world.she was oblivious to the feelings of aman's family. She actually thought that aman's family are enjoying the party๐Ÿคฃ
She is truly a cartoon herself bt it is this cuteness of meera that makes me love her even more.she doesn't care what the world thinks.she lives her mantra,"mai bas khush rehna chahti hoo"๐Ÿ˜†

All said, I think so that meera is oblivious to abhishek's feelings about his father.she is like,"aww, kitna pyaara hoga papa-baby ka milan".
she is oblivious to abhishek's feelings for his father mostly for the reason that abhishek has always avoided questions about his father in his conversation with meera.and meera is among those classic people who loves to live in her own world and help others.

edited-

the editors edited one scene where abhishek after he comes from bday party to his room,He looks at the application form and keeps it,then rohan and mona closes his eyes and take him to his task board where task is written "FINISH ENGINEERING". Abhishek gets happy seeing this and hugs mona and rohan.
They edited this scene.Maube abhishek's engineering track is not coming up soon.

Oh there are bts segments on you tube not SBS kinds but live shooting ones. Abhi is getting/ buying something from the cafe.. That's how he sees them.

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=T3Z_9KzgLKg

I think above is the link.

@ Meera n yogi connection- from the beginning Meera has been the one to help yogi. She helped him enter the house with the pretense of him helping with the tax thing. She insisted on him to come to the birthday party( yogi wasnt so sure) so that he could talk to Abhishek.

She just knows that Abhishek hasn't yet talked to yogi.. Lol but I don't think she realizes the actual emotions Abhishek is going through regarding this ...she is as oblivious to this as oblivious as she is to the emotions that was in the room wrt to Aman n co when she was celebrating Abhishek's birthday๐Ÿ˜†

LOL thanks, Vibha! It is good to be back to being able to blab aaraam se to my heart's content...missed out on blabbing about some good epis in b/w...might make a seperate thread for that, time permitting :)

Thanks for the link to the BTS...will try to watch it once I get home...ahh so that's why Abhi is at the cafe...lol ahh the twists of destiny๐Ÿ˜†

Re: Meera and Yogi...see I do get that she heard Yogi ki initial sob story and helped him get into the house...but the show hasn't clearly established if she understands the scope of that situation and the impact on Abhi...she appears to be oversimplifying and simply wanting a father-son reunion, period...cuz "papa aur baby kitne cute lagte hain"๐Ÿ˜†

I'm not sure if I should keep high hopes for her actually understanding Abhi's pain on the issue since the show makers insist on glossing over that with Meera's happy plans...yeh toh expected tha...bahu hi father-son reunion karvaati hai...lol

Abhi-Yograj scene was treat to watch
Abhi is selfless and will do anything to keep everyone happy but but guy has a brain in right place which still functions
I loved the convo and dialogues were STAR

About Meera trying to thopofy Yograj on Abhi, She has been deprived of Father's love(the way she wants), his tie, appreciation so may be she dont want Abhi to miss those things anymore as his pa is here...she simply want Abhi to get love of his father and abhi to forgive him
Abhi has still not opened up to Meera on how he feels about his father, she is oblivious to gravity of emotions, equations and I guess if she comes to know she will refrain

Let us HOPE so๐Ÿ˜†...so far, Meera hasn't given me much cause to believe that she will approach this with more sensitivity once Abhi lets her know how he feels about his father...

I get that Meera is projecting her own desires for a close, happy family onto Abhi's situation but this needs to be handled with a bit more depth on Meera's part than just imposing Yogi on Abih.

abhishek slayed today i am so happy he gave it back to idiotic yogi samjhta kia hai budha kahi se moon utha ke aayega aur sab uske orders follow karenge ?* sarcastically claps like palak from Kapil sharma show**

as awkward as the whole bday thing was aman's family still came across very very sadiyal and arrogant and i just couldn't stand their expressions. to add onto it they made it clear that the whole purpose of this proposal is to take advantage of raizadaas position wow . yeh sanjay ke relatives kaise ho sakte hain?/

meera bechari is so adorable like how can u think of using that innocent girl for your greed plz kia bigada hai usne

and abhishek bechar to kisi aur hi world main hai is waqt he's so lost and smitten by meera ji *blush*

that new entry is cheap & gross and i wonder ab amma kyon kuch nah boli aur is radhika ko ghar le aayin and what happened to babli last time toh she strongly reacted when radhika's name came up

but the good thing is she had a tiny scene today otherwise the makers almost forgot that they have her in show as well

@bold: Loll so true...that was such a cliche btw...but I guess it makes sense...cuz otherwise I wouldn't think a d-bag like Aman would marry Meera no matter how pretty he finds her...koi aur angle to nikaalna hi tha...and as expected he is looking to get access to Meera's father...his powerful connections etc...Meera is just a pawn to him since day one...what a loser.

I liked it when Meera managed to keep him at a distance with the handshake...lol

Babli has been shown clueless since Yogi returned...she hardly says anything...I toh wanted to see Babli giving it back to Yogi too but we got nothing...just random tears from her getting all happy seeing Abhi touching Yogi ke feet๐Ÿ˜•

Good point...I think for Abhishek, he can forgive everything but abandonment...Ramraj lets him down and kinda betrays him again and again but he's still always been around...and Abhi may not call him any names to his face but he does manage to sunaao Ramraj in his own way.

In Yogi's case, there was no other word for it but bhagoda...a runaway...cuz that's what his father is...and his level of betrayal will anyday supercede any stupid crap Ramraj or the other dumb family pulls.

PJ is definitely one driven and committed actor...hope he continues with his sincere acting and doesn't start doing faaltugiri like most other TV actors do these days.

Aww thanks, Mads๐Ÿค—

And aww@ your gushing over Priyanshu's range too๐Ÿ˜†...but I like how you put it...his inherent energy as a person finds it's way into the different nuances of Abhi very interestingly...he has a way of holding you as an actor and that is a great win๐Ÿ‘

Like the smitten expressions can become redundant so quickly...but this guy manages to make you feel all the gamut of emotions Abhi is going through...he is smitten yet practical...enchanted by her, but not sappy about it really...the duality of that is very sweetly portrayed by PJ.

I find Abhi's "facepalming" very cute actually...when he just puts his hand on his head and shakes his head as if thinking "Yeh main kya kar raha hoon"๐Ÿ˜†

Well said, Divan...Abhi does indeed have quite the range as a character...a bit of a bundle of contradictions but not in a cliched sense...everything about his feelings is layered...yes he loves Meera, but he doesn't covet her...the way he steps back and doesn't behave in a typical fashion on the topic of Aman...he wins your respect and admiration as a character.

Oh they edited a scene from the epi? Hmm I don't want the engineering track to start just yet cuz that would be an easy simplification of the Yogi-Abhi issue...unless they find a different way of Abhi pursuing his engineering dream without making him instantly forgive Yogi cuz I wouldn't be too happy if they showed that.

At this point, seems like they are going to focus more on navigating through this Aman-Meera-Abhi-Radhika shaadi situation first...let's see if/when Meera wakes up to having the guts to push away Aman permanently.

Can't say I was too happy about her wanting to "fix" things after telling Aman that she doesn't want to do IAS...what's there to fix? Is she going to do IAS now to give in to his demands?๐Ÿ˜•
