They must have really had some twisted lives that they even thought of giving such a brutal ending to one of the most loved couple in ITV history. I stopped watching the show as soon as I got to know that Raya were dying as I couldn't take that. Just wanted to rant one last time on BALH-2 :

  • What kind of message do writers or producers want to share with the world? That evil always wins over good? That there's no place for true love in this world? Ram who never got true love in his life & Priya who was always betrayed by men, finally they found true love & how long did their happiness last? They were hardly together even for a year. Didn’t raise their elder daughter together & died when their 2nd kid was born. Wow! What an ending for such pure souls. Can the writers stoop any lower?
  • Ram knew that his heavily pregnant wife has just been in fire & he trusted her with someone else to save his stepmother who never loved him? Did he even care about the baby and his wife? Kitni stupidity dikhaenge is show mein!
  • Priya had the option of saving her or the baby & no one in their family asked her to save herself? Ram just accepted that let's save the kid and not Priya? Really? And did Priya even think about Pihu? When she could see that Ram was critical, she willingly made her kids orphan, ruined Pihu's childhood by entrusting a 5 year old with a newborn? How selfish is that. She chose an unborn kid over her other daughter despite knowing that both of them will anyways be orphan & won't get the love of either of their parents. Bravo!! Both Ram & Priya always prioritized others over their own kids. Did they even had any character growth?
  • Was the scene in the hospital even needed today? A 5 year old kid is carrying a newborn baby beside her parent's dead bodies? Can't this be done when they were alive? This scene was plain cruel not just to Pihu but even to the child artist!

BALH-2 got the greatest cast and the writers messed up in the worst way possible. The show had loose ends throughout the 1.5 years, nothing made sense and now they went with one of the worst endings for the leads. They could have simply shown that Raya moved to some other country while their kids remained in India with their chachu and dadi. But no! They went with this instead. Raya's death made no sense for this leap, there could have been a thousand different ways to avoid this. But sadistic Ekta and her writers, they don't even respect their fans. Why should public even watch these shows?

BALH-2 brought me back to ITV and IF after 10-11 years and really upset that I even started watching it. Never going to make the same mistake again. Signing off. It was lovely meeting you all here and ranting my heart out! ❤️

Agree to every word you said. They just wanted to bring shock value using the leads death and also to get the new leads piggy back on this!! for the makers and writers every publicity is great publicity. Otherwise I feel the new leads are not so great to carry the show on their shoulders alone seeing whatever little bit I have seen of them… Just my opinion about the new leads… Never seen this pathetic writing before.

I have a feeling this will fail like ishqbaaz, the characters ram and priya got so much love I can’t see how anyone can feel those shoes. Please Hiten tejawani repeating his emo Karan like character isn’t going to work, Karan earned the right to be sad. In fact it would have been more pleasing to see him unmarried, taking care of ram girls and fulfilling his brother responsibilities. Not this ungrateful loser bother who drove his brother and wife to death, acting all pissy as if he did nothing.

I could cry myself hoarse Indian tv needs major overhaul. Shows should have fixed timeline like how they do it in Korea, Pakistan and turkey. This will create better stories, better actors, more focused fast paced screen plays. I hate this current system of endless leaps. Can I say thank the lord we had atleast one show is pyaar ko kya naam doom that ended with Arnav and Kushi love story.

I ain’t watching no more, wishing nakul and disha all the best in their life and new projects. I have a sad feeling we are bidding goodbye forever to nakul. Even sanaya irani who is a huge star has not come back on tv.

Agree, we need to have finite series with a well written story line, not patchworks like this that frustrates the viewers. High time for the overhaul!!

Ipk was lucky- if the fans hadn’t protested when Barun wanted to leave. They would have killed him off with an accident. They we’re about to shoot it.
So they ended it on a good note not before bringing in the stupid beauty queen track with Baruns double and closeups.

ishqbaaaz- not so lucky. The fans protested, got the stupid gen leap with NM playing a 20+ man. Still wonder what he was thinking then😒. And the show shut down in 3 months.

Bade- Both Dp and he thought wisely and left. Can you imagine if they stayed. They woul have to bow down to the likes of Sid and Shubham

yes nakul decision to play shivaansh came back to haunt him, did he think he was Korean only those guys can play teenagers at any age. Has it ever worked the same actor playing parent and child. Maybe in Hollywood somewhere but never seen it on Indian tv I don’t remember, anyone knows?

Yes is pyar ko kya naam doon was nearly destroyed in the end with all the body doubles, barun wasn’t even in the last episode, we didn’t even get a final shot of Arnav and kushi in the same frame. I don’t blame the actor he looked sickly at the end. Sanaya is much loved and loyal to her fan base, when Arnav death was planned sanaya was bomarbed with fan mail, she wisely stood up for her character and lobbied to have things changed. But my point is why should this pressure and expectation be on actors, it is unfair to demand of them and unprofessional for them to interfere in the creative process it is not their job to write the plot, their job is to act.

is pyar was a miracle the same tragically didn’t happen for ishqbaaz. Shivaay and anika are my favourite couple they deserved a happy ending after so many separations in their love story. And for a show to end in 3 months after leap how pointless, then why not give the og cast a happy ending shows the wisdom of producers.

I feel Pihu blames Lakhan for her parents death. Thats why she is distant from him. And Lakhan feeling guilty because of it.

I am actually interested in Pihu and what havoc she would create to everyone who was responsible for her parents death.

Prachi and Raghav maybe the leads but Pihu is the dark horse.

Only in kkb pooja played a bad sister. In kzk and kehne ko humsafar she was a loving sister. In kehne ko shubham was her husband.

She will. Pooja plays dark characters and i don't want to stereotype her and like KZK 2, maybe she is just a loving sister, but Pihu is supposed to the lead naa. We saw that character. And she fits the marriage and love bracket much more than a 20 year old.

It would have made so much more sense if Pihu was a searching for her perfect family (if they wanted to take that route) she had seen her parents and wanted to have a similar relationship, but has a kid sister to look after so doesn't think much about marriage. Pihu, done with her sister's sacrificing maa jhamela tries to set her up with people but no match, until uski tueblight jalti hai ki dulha toh chachu ke Ghar mein hai. She brings in her adopted dad's assistant and dhoole ka bestie for help but ends up falling for him and the two sisters navigate resoective relationships.

And i understand Prachi's family is way more dysfunctional, coz Pihu atleast got a normal one for about 2 months, but as a younger sibling, honestly, my sister is my mom and dad, if the bond is tight, aisa hi hota hai.
