I have gone into complete detox mode for the last and final time I think...no episode, no BTS, no SP in the last three days. I took Nox's advice and moved to better things than this shitfest🤣...
Not to get my head in knots over Priya and Ram performing hara-kiri on each other in the name of true love...is truly bliss !!
But its a pity cause the BALH2 cast and crew otherwise off screen are such a wonderful, chilled bunch of people who seem to get along so well and seem to be pretty fond of eo. The vibes on the set are way better than what's going on screen. And from the interviews one can see that they really don't take this stuff very seriously...for them its just a job...do your best as directed by your writer director and move on in life...end of day its just a show!
And as for the makers of the show they don't feel morally responsible to show sensible stuff, to not show regressive, old school thinking; cause for them it is just a TRP game and if not them some other channel will propagate the same bullshit. We the discerning audience feel that it is their responsibility to show realistic, sensible things but for them its just another drama...among hundreds of others on umpteen such channels! They don't have any qualms about showcasing misplaced morality, patriarchy & unrealistic situations and characters...they justify all the bullshit by eventually having good triumph over evil in the last episode...even if the journey is worse than hell! That's old school way of looking at entertainment...it does not come sans the drama🤣!
Most of the TRP audience switches their brain off and enjoys all the trilas and tribulations of the leads and applauds when they win over the baddies in the end. They don't try to apply any logic or common sense to whatever is unfolding on the screen. And I seriously feel if one wants to watch ITV shows that's the ONLY way to watch and enjoy. Cause we will never get good quality sensible stuff here. Take it or leave it
