So, Akshay prefers that Priya settles down before he himself gets hitched to Shivi. As a brother, it is understandable because, in real life, I have seen incidents wherein the younger siblings can get married after the older siblings therefore the pause.
Ram gets cognizant that his friend has a vague memory of meeting Priya through his Twinkle. I liked that Ram gave an honest opinion from a brother's perspective that Akshay is perturbed for Priya just how Ram is for Shivina. The younger brother is impulsive and jumping the gun without comprehending of Shivi feels.
Haha, Priya called Ram, chamkeela jute wala while venting out her frustration towards Akki. (Maitri's insertion felt uncanny lol). Then, Priya discussed about shattering a woman's confidence and coincidentally Neeraj entered the scenario.
Short Ram-Priya scene was rib-tickling with Ram asking Priya if she wants to consume outside the judicial court. 
Then the banter of their friends getting divorced and Priya's friend asking for alimony gets diverted to Ram questioning Priya if guys don't have feelings before the judge ousted everyone except the lawyers to reach alimony settlement.
Meanwhile, Shivi tries to call Akki regarding her speculated pregnancy which gets descried by one of the older ladies. While Ram tells Shivi regarding no update development, Vrinda suggested to get Kunal hitched to Priya. (The actor playing Kunal needs to buckle up his acting skills). This scene was weak in execution for some reason.
Ram suggests Priya to meet up at the club regarding development for Akki's matter before the rain scene. Priya noticed Ram's happy face in the baarish and gets in the moment before coming back to reality.
All in all, episode seemed rushed thus could be done better.
