As per promo, Priya calls Ram by his name and not Mr Kapoor. But after marriage till they will open to each other or have some sort of camaraderie she will call him Mr Kapoor only it seems.
I guess as Ram was much more older in S1 than in this season hence in S1 Priya used to call her Mr Kapoor

Yeah I agree S1 Ram was older than her, but not so much also. Mr. Kapoor just looks too formal for a wife. She could have called him anything else. Though I got used to it but never liked it😆 this ji or Mr. business of itv just puts me off
