Sheetal is the maid/cook of the Kapoor household who was being used as a pawn by those uncles and aunties to give wrind medication to Shalini. She wanted out and one of the uncles pushed her down the stairs.

Thank God, she got a name today. I saw her as a no name entity so far only mixing protein powder in the food and getting slapped!!😡

Such unnecessary negativity! And to what end? Assuming all the wealth is in Ram’s name why is Shalu even the target..mind is boggled at the lack of sense
And ofcourse the caring son is clueless but Mrs Sherlock Kapoor is discovering everything in the few days she’s been there
