I think it is more like being loyal to the producers and giving them what they ask for because well it is just few months and I am sure there might be other reasons as well but I think they said yes because it was more like can't say no
So True. Some PHs have strong holds enough to adversely affect career if they are bold enough to say NO. It’s good that we have a choice to not watch the trash being served.Originally posted by: BlurredLines

But I feel it is more because they themselves too genuinely felt that their characters, which had received so much love and acceptance, were left incomplete and underutilished in the last season, and hence, this was the correct opportunity to make up for that.
Because audiences had genuinely loved them so much, and it is true that they took up this season for the love of thier fans only. Otherwise I see no other reason to give up their much required breaks, which both of them take, and especially in case of Disha, where she was pregnant, just for a 3 month show, which even if they didn't do, it would have been fine.
Agar aisa hota ki they can't say no, to wo kaafi pehle ho jaata, when they said no for the gen leap. If ekta would have been angry on them to say no, and would have tried to pressurize them or destroy ther careers, wo tabhi kar deti.
Infact I was shocked at how easily they said no, and ended their roles, because I have never seen any actors, especially leads, do that so easily. Somehow unhe ekta ka kaafi dar rehta hai, and ekta makes sure that they do what she says otherwise she destroys their career.
But I genuinely respected nm and dp alot that time, because hats off to them for standing their ground in front of such a big ph and saying no at that time. And surprisingly, ekta didn't do anything either.
So I don't think unko itna darr hai about being destroyed or can't say no types, because these guys are actually very strong to stand their ground out of so manh tv actors I have seen. Very clear with what they wanna do and what not, they use their power of no very well, and also very clear when to take breaks and when not. So wo reason to nahi hi lagta.
I genuinely feel the script/story they were shown before they started filming was different to what they are showing now🤣🤣. I also don’t understand the undue importance to non actors in S2 and S3….All I can say is the lack of story and plot is definitely affecting the show, but the lead’s absence in their scenes together is definitely adding to it creating a poor viewing experience. It could be due to poor planning since the lead’s personal time and vacationing could not be compromised due to poor planning from the producers/planners…Originally posted by: NityaAhuja15

I agree with Nitya ...Also every actor wants to be in Balaji's good book, they take care of the actors in a better way, they give them chance in their different shows and web series. Also money does matter too.....and it's not easy to say no to Ekta again and again .
Apart from that , they have earned a huge reputation when a leading production House and the channel had to call them back, as without them they couldn't run the show...though gen leap is soo common in ITV world.
So , it's a win win situation for all I guess...as Ekta retained her 8pm slot , channel got time to be ready with their other shows and RAYA fans got their fav duo back ..even with their body double. ...ITV shows never have a proper story.
I agree..they have started it in haste with no proper story and the leads had other prior commitments

Birdseye View:
Ram is such a sweetheart, see how empathic he is towards someone he barely knows (even if he wants very much to know her better, in the Biblical sense 😉). Not that Priya or her tears are worth it. Alekha is blaming him when it's all Priya's fault for mooning over Yuvraj when she was blessed with a Ram, eternal sunshine with a spotless mind.
So what if he shouted at Priya? She asked for it by stealing his daughter in balh2. (I swear, my daughter said birds justify Ram by bringing in mean, unfaithful, bacha choring criminal). Besides, he's right. He was fine until she came along to screw up his life, messing up everything, from his best employee to his bathroom. Poor guy, he was so stressed. Priya is so shameless. She should just stay away from Ram and his affairs (pun intended) instead of constantly being in his face (or sending BDs to add turmoil to his life).
🤣🤣🤣..as the majority viewers are women, hence they start imagining themselves romancing with their fav blue eyed boy. .and thus is the reason behind Ram deserves better wife and NM deserves better co star ranting.
Female lead is only rootable for them if she behaves the way , they want her to behave
Hope they understand the female lead is his co star ..might be his friend too...and not his fan girlðŸ˜
