Logic defies heart

When we deeply fall in love ,we normally tend to see what we want to see in other person. We seldom use logic. This glorified concept of romance , hits our heart hard and then , everything seems so beautiful. Its like being in a beautiful fairy land that is custom made for us. Your mind is completely occupied . Its like all roads lead to that one person. And then comes time when the real assessment starts and assessment is not about your relationship rather, its about how well you used your logic. The important question is when you fell in love did you take your brain along with your heart? ROFL. who would want a "kabab mein hadi " right ? That's what logic is when you fall in love. 90% of the time logic tend to defy our heart's desires. Deep emotions always block logic and critical thinking.

This is what happened to Priya. There were many signs that he didn't care about her, her success or her love for him. He has no respect for her . He is more materialistic than Priya. People around her could see it. The same holds good for Ram. His mother and best friend is able to see what's going on in his life. AND somewhere deep in their heart they know its not what it seems but they are not willing to accept the truth. Their deep and sincere affection for the other person is refusing to believe what their brain is screaming loud. It was only a matter of time. The bubble had to break.

Many have walked through this path and have gotten hurt but very few come out of it strong. This is why I have always liked Priya's character. She quickly recognises her mistake and accepts it. She learns from her mistake . Above all she loves herself and that's how we need to be. Our life is important, we don't need to spoil our life for anyone who doesn't care about us. If someone decides to leave us then that is their loss not ours. We should learn from our experience and move on in our life hoping for the best. Never know , the actual love story might be waiting round the corner.

I am eagerly waiting to see how fate is going to push Ram and Priya towards each other.

Darling, you wrote so beautifully, your subtle appreciation of inner motives is perfect. You are absolutely right, when Priya, like all of us, fell in love, she left logic behind.

But I am immensely happy that she is healthy, that you very rightly remarked, she loves herself, her personality: "I love the rain, but I will not cry anymore." Her illusions were broken and she grew above herself, although she was never low. The case when the beautiful only becomes more beautiful. And when Ram faces it, he won't have the chance or the will to leave.
