Well, I have thought the same as well!!! But then, he is not Ram Kapoor then bro. Ram Kapoor is the example of a man with everything yet nothing, and that narrative is consistent over the seasons. Ram Kapoor is always surrounded by selfish jerks, and the light of his life is Priya, who only strives to be with him through thick and thin.

I guess that is what is going to be repeated. Ram is under the false notion that the people around him are the friends and family he always wanted. His gf, his business partner, his supposed star employee, his relatives. Among all these people, the only constant in his life is his friend Shardul and his mom. And he doesn't seem to have time for them only.

When these very people will betray him, it will be his mom, Shardul, and of course Priya who will be there with him. Maybe there could be financial trouble, since he runs a startup, but I think he will surely sail through, when he rediscovers his "roots".

Ram's mother was also in Tere Liye (another EK show) as the FL's mother. She had the same warmth and vibe in that show too <3

I was confused about the precap too. My overactive brain imagined it as RaYa already married and discussing how they met, their love story while Priya is pregnant. It may not be the case though.

It was nice to watch NaSha as RaYa once again. The banter, the chemistry ❤

Disha is looking super pretty.

Also loved Ram's bond with his mother and Priya's with her family.

But I feel it's too early to say if the episodes are going to remain this positive the entire season. There could be too many villains again, with Priya's cheater bf who idolizes Ram and Ram's greedy relatives.

Btw, did Ram ultimately pay Priya for his mom's treatment? I thought he just washed his hands and left 🤣😅

I think since the announcement of S3 was real quick and started the very next day when S2 ended, they did not manage a bank of episodes to feature a precap. That is why promo se kaam chala liya.

And I agree with the positivity being a shortlived notion in this show. But then again, at least it will not drag since its a finite series.

he was also really very impolite even just by his own CEO standards. even if he didnt appreciate her little clinic or didnt find her or her clinic sophisticated enough etc, the least he could have done is be grateful for getting timely help for his mother on a NY eve night when everyone else is shut and for even being kind enough to offer him cake. she really neednt have cared when he mentioned he was hungry, but she was sweet to offer him something to eat. and he reacts not by saying thank you but eating the full cake and not even leaving one piece for Priya and then calling it soggy. like c'mon. is that how he would behave in his high society?!

His mom and Shardul his friend both seem to be warning him about how hes losing touch with his roots and becoming shallow but he is kinda discarding their advice.

and honestly he didnt really seem to register it even when his mom pointed out Priya being so kind and helpful, professional.

but hopefully over time his mothers fondness for Priya will make him realize how shallow he has been in his outlook.

You know our makers by now. They have to show MLs with extreme characteristics , either too nice and dumb but high flying business man or too practical that he is a snob… There is no middle ground for them.🤣🤣

in a way I am glad Disha is pregnant and therefore cant give unlimited dates to them.she needs to take care of herself and unless they incorporate her pregnancy. I am optimistic that a finite series means they have to get a story presented quickly without uneneding MUs and drag.

I was a little confused seeing Ram’s mother bride hunting for him as soon as she saw a nice girl. Doesn’t she know Ram has a girlfriend? Or is also kept under wraps from his mother too fearing the media!?!

yeah I felt it was foreshadowing about being pushed to live like a common man…

it would be good to see him get a reality check with losses and business trouble. he needs to stop being a snob and realize who his real "family" is since he doesnt seem to get it even though Shardul and his mother have been really direct about their advice to him and clearly told him to stop seeing the whole office and random people all as his near and dear. including random relatives he has adopted as family to fill his home.

yeah, it’s a relief that it’s going to be finite. They have no time to waste on the unnecessary dragging tactics.
