Already Ram’s mom found Kriti to be rude & not having any manners. So it will be easier to make hef negative.
Yuvraj will also be turned negative soon when he finds about Ram & Priya. He had some ideas when Alekha proposed to him but his friend getting married to Ram Kapoor’s sister & his logic flipped him completely when cornered.
But if Ram’s mom emotionally blackmails him or facilitates his breakup with Kriti, there is potential for a third wheel option in the future. Same if she turns negative in fact..best would be a clean break up for Ram since neither of them seem very deeply or emotionally invested in the relationship either. Yuvraj is going to be lingering around...we don’t need another ex!

@bold: This is almost the same way another character of EK's web show treated his girlfriend before she went on to find the person she really loved!
PS: I really hope I'm not annoying you on anyone else by pointing out these "inspirations". Because to me, it's kind of funny to see how the recycling is happening 😆 And it's doesn't make me want to stop watching either because NM-DP's portrayal makes all these scenes stand out from what another pair of actors have portrayed.
The way DP pulled of the heartbreak scene was brilliant...no screaming, no wailing but the hurt was so beautifully conveyed. Not just Ram's, my heart also ached for Priya yesterday ❤️
Both Yuvi and Kirti /Kriti(?) have the potential to turn into an obsessed villain if this finite show become an infinite one..or Kekta plans to bring another season( I wouldn't be surprised if this happens..and if this happens then this season might end with a break up between Ram and Pri.)... but sadly none of them have the aura and screen presence of certain Komolika or even Nandini till now..I guess they will have to introduce some other actor as main antagonist

This is a finite show which is confirmed as disha is pregnant so far whatever "inspirations" they're taking are from S1 be it Priya getting dumped for money(yuvraj is just like S1 ashwin)or Ram being lonely kriti is not an important character her name is not even in the cast lists neither in any articles that mentions who might be the supporting cast.
As for bringing another season after disha is done with her maternity leave is concerned then they'll follow the S1 pattern only(with role reversal)with either Priya raising pihu separately or this time for a change Ram raising pihu alone assuming Priya to be dead while Priya is in coma somewhere or has had a memory loss &nobody knows she's alive that way they can again give a S1 role reversal.
For now by this week both RaYa will get dumped for different reasons it's a finite show so they won't have tons of villains instead things are fast paced mostly RaYa marriage might happen by next week &by this week both RaYa will get dumped.

Seriously doubt if they actually have the time to drag both Yuvi & Kriti as villains. The vibe I got from the promo was one of domesticity - so all the things the audience hoped to see in S2, but didn't happen.
As for another season, it looks unlikely. I mean, NM-DP have also experienced first hand what happens when the end date is not defined 😆 Surely, they would like to move on to other projects!

I'm damn sure, this time things will be fine, no major ongoing villains and negativity and just fast paced crisp story, with good scenes between the leads, and I'm thinking probably by the end of this week or starting of next week Ram will also have a breakup, however after that how they come together ( ram priya ) for what reasons will be the interesting thing...and I think we should thank Rahul and Disha for this 😉
I had read somewhere that S1 also was supposed to be finite and end when Ram-Priya finally falls in love after marriage, but went on and on due to popularity.It’s funny everyone is looking forward to Ram’s breakup with Kriti 🤣. All supporting characters and actors looks so bland except Ram’s mom.Priya’s dad may be ok, but a better actor needed to play her mom like S1 mom..I hope they don’t waste SS on the side characters. If Priya’s ex have a meatier role, a better actor would’ve helped like S1 Ashwin or S2 Neeraj.I am not feeling that hate or creepiness towards Yuvraj. but its a lot better than last season when the brought all the villains under one roof. I for one am loving this, I hope they concentrate on Raya this time atleast for 3 months.
That I have to agree. There were too many negative characters in Season 2 for no reason at all.
