Anushka finds out that Aastha has not been to the clinic for her check up and wonders where Aastha has disappeared. Aastha goes to lonavla to meet the doctor who tells her that he had lied to her and Shubh has asked him to lie. Aastha does not believe the doctor and leaves. Aastha gets some more evidence which suggests that shubh was lying to her. Rani reveals to Aastha that Shubh was the one who tried to kill her and her unborn child. Aastha is shocked. She begs to god to tell her the truth as she cant bear to believe that Shubh could do this. Aastha comes across some shocking evidence.

Aastha comes across the cd which shows Shubh's confession. Aastha is shattered to know that Shubh was out to kill her. She breaks down and wonders why would Shubh ever suspect her. She decides to destroy the evidence as she does not want the world to know about Shubh's truth as she wants his image to get tarnished. She loves him too much to hate him. She comes back home where everyone asks her about her whereabouts but she does not reveal where she went. Saksham reveals to Aastha that he was behind Shubh's hatred for Aastha.

Vanraj and the whole family comes to know about the truth and Saksham is jacked. Anushka stands by the right thing at this juncture and Saksham is been handed over to the police. Whole family unites at the birth of the baby. It's a happy family now with a new Shubh in Aastha's lap.
