Prologue

was like a carpet spread out to welcome all the guests to it,
like a small child entering unfamiliar room,
It is these additions that elevate your writing skills. I love them.

You always write the details needed succinctly and yet with sensitivity, it is not just stated that it is his wife BUT
The man saw her open smile and felt really good so before the cause we are given the effect. Skillfully done.

All diligently leading to that line
The story of Shravan and Saachi, the story of himself and his wife, the story of Saavan..That effect before the cause again. So beginning with the what we understand to be the end also and thus bring us full circle. For as each phrase of your ending line wonderfully elucidates they are all the same. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Wonderful. Love Sabah

Chapter 2

Saachi was awake even before the alarm went off...She opened her eyes, said a small prayer and looked around the room...A very simply decorated, sky blue colored walls, enclosing a four poster bed on one side, a computer console on the the opposite, with a couch next to the window overlooking the beautifully manicured garden...A huge collage of her, her family her friends hung on one side of the wall as a masterpiece...Next to it was nailed her framed certificates of achievements, all in the form of a mosaic pattern, adding more color to the waal and room as such...

Slowly making way to the kitchen, she saw her Dadhi and mother Kantha having their tea and giving instructions to the cook regarding breakfast...The kitchen though big, accommodated a small cozy round table, where four persons can sit and eat...Sitting on a chair and wishing them good morning, she sipped her hot ginger tea...

She was thinking about the meeting for the day, with that multimillionaire and the dynamic Sharavan Jaiswal, who had achieved so much in so little time...She had done a small check and was indeed impressed by his success and good name in the field of construction business...
She glanced around and made way slowly towards the front lawn of her house...There was opulence everywhere...The house was palatial, built more, like to show to the world her father's wealth and status in the society...The drawing room was huge, with scattering of plush sofas ,chaise lounges and comfy armchairs, Chandeliers hanging from the high roof...
The dining room was equally large, to fit a huge 12 sitter gleaming Oakwood table with matching upholstered chairs...The kitchen fitted with all the latest gadgets and cooking modes of stovesโ€ฆThe bedrooms 6 of them spread on the first floor of the house, were all tastefully decorated, each with unique theme and color coordination...
The outside of the house, boasted a well laid garden and a carefully maintained lawn...The back of the house even had a small swimming pool, with huge deck where pool parties were often held...The whole house and its surrounding area screamed of the owners wealth and opulence...
Ignoring all this Saachi serenely made way to the small swing hanging from a huge solid Gulmohar tree branch...Sitting and swinging her legs, she thought about her family...
Her father Satish Sharma was a consummate businessman, dominant and powerful, focused and ruthless...He had developed all the right contacts and the political clout he enjoyed, open doors for him wherever and whenever he went...In short, he was like a man with a Midas touch... He had carefully and diligently charted out the course for his two daughters, Smirthi and Saachi, to follow in his footsteps... But was only partly successful.. .
Smirithi, followed his agenda, but with a small aberration...She fell in love and married a commoner (by their high standards and status) but promptly rectified it by getting her husband Rahul, as a Gharjamai and constantly henpecked him... Their only child Mohit, now a 5 year old was already getting trained and honed by his Nanna and mother in that order...
Saachi, on the other hand refused to comply him and set her own path in life, stamping her individuality and not cowing down to blackmails...So her father had no option but to allow what she wanted in life, but always with some small unseen riders, by which he hoped she will fall into his groove later on...It was a perennial cat and mouse game between them, sometimes one getting on the top of another and vice versa...
Her only solace in the house was her Dadhi and her genial Jijaji, ever so understanding and helping her and bailing her out from confrontations with her tyrannical father...She was close to both of them...
A sudden burst of wind caught a wisp of her hair and blew it across her face...Her tress was long and silky and fragrant due to her own brand of shampoo...Her eyes deep and sparkling, belying the inner tension she always faced at home. Her lips rosy and well formed, ever so kissable. Her face radiant and cheerful, smiling and bright always reflecting happy and easy smile. In short her whole body language was bursting with positivity and thus emanating a serene and angelic beauty for the beholder.
The watering of the plants by the gardener caught her attention. Admiring the rainbow it created in the early morning, Saachi looked a picture perfect painting. Suddenly she woke from her reverie and realized too much time had gone by. She didn't want to be late for the meeting.
Shortly she was ready and all set for this crucial meeting with the dynamic Shravan. The first impression was the always the best one. Glancing herself one last time in the mirror, she left for the office

A Foot note

That's all I was able to write everyone. Didn't have the impetus to pen more about Saavan. But for all your kind interest here is the gist of the rest of this Beautiful mind.

Saavan meet... There is constant work related confrontations, each one wanting to outdo the other and prove their self, sparks flying everywhere... In the course of the construction of the mansion their relationship changes from colleagues to friendship... On a single day of labor strike and electricity blackout, they are thrown together in that house alone and the inevitable happens... The purpose of Man and Woman creation by GOD, gets precipitated...

Saavan has no other choice but get married... Saachi's tyrannical father throws her out and cuts her off completely... Living with Shravan, she finds solace and peace and the love(except Shravan's) she never got before in her home... Shravan, to prove himself and earn and to stand up and fight against his FIL( who takes trouble to make their life horrible) goes away to South America,on an UN project...

An year pass, during which with limited internet and other communicative methods, how Saavan discover each other(long distance of course!) and come closer to each other (metaphoric of course!) forms the crux of this story... Once back, Shravan with his handsome earnings and with the seed capital from his Boss, Ganesh Ahuja and moral support from his family starts his own firm Saavan Designs along with Saachi as an equal partner...They outwit her father and come good on their own and finally earn the grudging respect from him...

As the years pass they are blessed with twins and the picture perfect happy family, is shattered by Saachi's accident, when the whole family is readying to prepare for the wedding celebrations of the twins...

Will she regain her memory back? Will she always look at others strangely without recognition? Will Sharavan's love and patient endurance helps bring her back her lost self? These are the questions I wanted to leave you all... Then take an opinion poll and accordingly finish this story... But alas I never got to writing more than 2 chapters and now can never do so... So this is my way of signing off, an adieu to Saavan , to BHPH till season 2...

On this note I thank all those who had patiently read this story and my earlier one DO DIL- Mil Rahein Hain... Its been a wonderful journey, sharing it with you all and discovering myself as a writer...

Adios Amigos! Ram Ram! Kudha Hafiz! Au Revoir! Chalten hain.Phir milenge!
