After watching the current tack of BBB, I seriously felt that I am much misforunate that my family is a nuclear one.

When I was 3 years old, my father and all 3 of my uncles used to stay together in the house inherited from my grandfather. The house is still there, but the families are no longer joint. We all have disintegrated into nucear families. I really miss the time that I had spent with all my cousins, fighting, playing, blaming, and caring for eachother.

It was really a great time. I thankful to the BBB team for the track they have chosen.
Actually every track of BBB is always beautiful and heartwarming.
Does anyone else here have the same feeling?
Do share.

even i feel the same....though my family seperated before i was even born, i wish i had gotten to know my cousins when i was little and gotten to play with them....its completely different when you know them after your all grown up.....your much closer to them when you grow up with your cousins....watching BBB always makes me wish i had grown up with all my chacha-chachi and their kids.

i grew up in joint family..we got seperated when we moved to usa... you miss living in joint family... but this baa bahu aur baby joint family is not realistic... in today's world "the baa" is not always same..all sons are not same atleast for my grandparents.. in joint family not the elder son.. but the son who has biggest income is most respected.. even the bahus don't like doing each others work...you don't have privacy at all... there is lot more to think about...

What I think is that what these people show is an ideal family.
I agree with to a certain extend. All these negations in the family turn ip due to greed.
There are a lots of things about life that I have learnt thorugh BBB.
I feel they pass on their message to the viewers in a "haste khelte" way...
This is a beautiful show with a lot of positive message.

this show is my most fav. show as well... and since you brought up the learning part... people do learn lotta things but there very few people...who actually applies this learning in their life... i bet 60% of indian wives watch all these soaps... but they still don't look at their sasu's same way...

Yes.
People have been used to cramming and learning method. If the understanding comes from the crux of the heart, then the situation can change a lot.
People watch the show, and forget it. Yes, there are some shows which ought to be forgotten after viewing, but simultanously there are shows like BBB which carry a lot a positive message that can be used for life time to be happy.

Baa Bahu aur Baby, is an ideal indian family. Much respect to your opinion, but I disagree with you, what you have said is not true, we had joint family before i moved to USA, and my older brother got more respect because he was old, and i was the middle one and my two younger sisters were treated like young, even though i use to make more money then my older brother, i was never treated with more respect then my brother. and when my bro and i got married, both of our wives worked together like Leela and Pravina did (alot of masti and fun while working). and we also grew up in Bombay.

I think I have learnt a lot from Baa Bahu aur baby, and this show is one of the best show on Indian Television Today. It teaches you family values, culture and religion to an extent that some times you wonder, that why couldn't you be like that. I have never cried watching movie or TV Shows, but when I see Baa Bahu aur Baby, i feel connected and I watch it with open heart, and have cried, on praveena's Death, Soumil's Illness, Baby's small incidents...

i wonder what JD's family structure and togetherness is like? i agree that the set-up of the bbb family is ideal...rivalry, frustration and jealousy occupy the most of family lives. I think its better to live seperately but peacefully, rather than together and wind each other up more.
If you have a huuuuge massive house, i guess you wouldnt get in each others faces as much.

okay..now your point of view as son of the family... where i am the child of the family yet... do you feel same for cousin?... i can see us sisters and brothers living same exactly like that..until our children are up to 20 to 25...i def. agree this is show is one of the best... but in real life.. its just not possible... and the time also matters.. the first 5 years goes easily in joint family... w/out any problems.... but when things starts getting repeated over and over... and family members don't realize that they are hurting others without knowing... thats where the problem starts... we were family of 25 people...including all the members of the house from the eldest to youngest... and again i love this show... but where the question goes that if u feel misfortunate or not... we can debate about that..
