As for my opinion I think it is Mangu Masi, not for any negative motive , but simply because she is that way. Remember during the wedding she took Brichu's shoes, she also took Gattu/kids game boy, and a few of their dishes. Maybe Meenakshi hide the script because she doesn't want to go to the US, but the rest of the stuff I think Mangu Masi took. As much of a Labard Pravin is, I don't think he would ever steal like this, especially his own things, the sarees and the earrings he gave Baby.

sorry i would like to correct here, after watching today's episode the person is Pravinbhai...

Reason to get back his 6000 rs. which he gave to ba by mistake. (May be he is in need of money and even last time he paid 6000 to minakshi for donation etc).

Logical conclusion on the basis of 2 reasons

1 If we calculate 1500 each from Motabhai, Hemal, Subodh, Harshad total comes out to be 6000..

2 Apart from that Pravinbhai was constantly talking about his pvt detactive and in last part he said he ll tell his detective ll search the script in 2 hrs....

My prediction further to add some spice

if script, saree and earings ll be found from Maftlal's room.. than Leela, motabhai etc ll think gudia has stolen the things and she was doubting everyone to protect herself...

Pravinbhai ll feel bad that he wanted maftlal to be in soup but its gudia who ll suffer and than our great Gatu or Chaitali or ba ll come to know that Pravinbhai is behind all this and Pravinbhai ll be exposed.

also, in all this ba ll maintain that gudia has not stolen and she trust her and she ll also hv doubt on Pravinbhai.

All evidence points towards Praveen:

1. He was responsible for giving the script back to Subodh.

2. It was his saris that were stolen. Very easy to claim this as stolenas no one can verify.

3. It was his gift that he gave to Baby that was stolen so he knew what the earings looked like.

4. He was pushing towards Private detective (cost money) even when Subodh suggested Paranjpe (free).

Motive: to retreive the money he overpaid to Baa and to form a basis for the entry of his (possible) new wife.

Baa alongwith Harshad and Shilpa will suggest that Pravin see a psychiatrist for treatment of his obession with money. Psychiatrist will be a woman whose name starts with 'M'.
