@Proteeti ... I am sure with the extension of Lockdown gradually..(uptil 30Jun) we shall get to see all the blockbusters of good old days ...

Just like we have single web series forum for al web series... I would request for one Doordarshan forum where all DD shows can be discussed instead of individual forums for these old shows .

Omg yes Pro. I would love a separate forum to discuss Dekh Bhai Dekh. Even one for Sarabhai. I heard it's back on air as well. I haven't watched the other shows yet, but I have DD on my IP box. I think I'm going to start watching Byomkesh Bakshi, so wouldn't mind chatting about that show separately as well.

Suta I don't think any country is going to remain closed until 30th June. Most countries will start to open up slowly from first week of May.

Also there's a big difference between webseries and Doordarshan. Webseries are usually 8 to 10 episodes that are released at once. One discussion thread is enough for them. Hence one forum is good enough for all webseries. Doordarshan or any channel for that matter has a show that will air for a long period of time, anywhere from a few months to a few years. One discussion thread is not enough. Even 2 or 3 discussion threads are not enough.

Additionally, if a member is going to search for a webseries discussion thread, it is easy to find on that forum or open a new thread. People will come there as they wish to. But for a TV show, people will look for a forum, not a single discussion thread. Additionally, you cannot combine all the different viewpoints people have on that show in one thread.

thanks........finally India forums has India's national channel......at least some respect to the country it belongs too........otherwise India bashing threads are rampant here and mods ignore it at least till it reaches 20-25 pages......

New channel dd retro will show all old serial of dd national

Mahabharat, Ramayan and Buniyaad forum is opened in Doordarshan...

What other forums do you all think should be open??
